The manager and staff in the a.m. are very rude and inefficient. They put wilted lettuce on sandwiches, give you the wrong sides and act pissed off when you bring it to their attention. On door dash orders, they get completely wrong. I can't say enough about their shortcomings. Went back today, 3/16, and they were actually worse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Worth the slight extra travel to go to the English Rd location.

Over all not a great experience. The food was very bland. Had the Cajun chicken biscuit. It was super dry and not much spice. The potato rounds were normal at best. Not a lot of food for 12 bucks.
Parking: Do not park on the road side of the building. I was stuck in my spot for over 5 minutes waiting for the line for the drive thru to move so I could back out.

Went here about 3 weeks to a month ago got my son 2 Bo rounds & they charged my card 27.90. Woman that did it tried to gaslight me saying they didn’t even charge me the 5.10 (the amount I should’ve been charged) duh because I was charged incorrectly. Came back in 2 days back to back always said a manager would call m refund me and I still haven’t gotten a call yet ! Whole bojangles sucks. NEVER Went back again. Use cash here! Oh they took my receipt the second time I went . The only other proof I had besides the 27.90 charges on the card!

Do not go to this crappy place. First of all people tend to come from the side of the business to cut regular drivers off on the way to the drive through. I’ve almost gotten into a couple fights bc of that. And I’ve pulled up to the drive through when employees were fighting each other in the inside. Never again I’ll eat there. Ratchet ass town
