Went here after a Wintergaurd comp, I was overwhelmed and irritated. So, all I wanted was a nice, crisp Dr. Pepper. Guess what? It was flavorless. I was literally balling my eyes out. It was so bad that I cried more than I did when I first watched the Titanic Movie. This was my first impression of Bojangles, so that will be my first and last time going to one. Flavor your damn sodas.

Food cold, chicken looks old. Fry's smh. It's no way they should be a fast food it's always a wait and food is never hot or even warm. Everyone walks around in no rush and like they ready to go home.

At the time I went the drive thru wasn't accepting cards so being that it was lunch time the lobby was packed. Still though, the crew was most efficient and got us in and out as fast and friendly as possible. The food was what was expected. No complaints.

I placed an app order for pickup and went inside once the app said it was ready. It said to come in, they'll keep my food warm. I go inside and wait another 20 minutes for them to decide to put my order together and bring it to me. There was a line, but app order it should be say your name or your order number and grab and go. I should not have had to wait 20 minutes for an order placed on the app. And they still messed the order up, forgot 3 cheddar boss.

First time at a bojangles. I didn't like it. Being my first time, I wasn't greeted when I walked in and I had questions about the menu. No one looked at me or acknowledged me. I did not like the service nor the food.
