I'm thinking I'm going to get me, Good cheesesteak WRONG, this is the most lousy cheesesteak I've ever eaten. I guess the person who made it was tired because it tasted tire too. 15.00 down the drain. The fries lousy, and the cheesesteak lousy, the bread was burnt, I guess it that gas smell in the facility went to the cooks head.. Never again will I give them my money.

12/17/24. Ordered a club sandwich with no turkey, double ham, to go. Received a sandwich with double turkey. Drove it back to the restaurant to get it fixed. Got the sandwich back with double ham, but they changed it from white to wheat bread without being asked. Took the second wrong sandwich back for a refund. Don’t tip these people till after you eat the food, even if it’s a To Go order.

Was traveling and picked this place because of the high reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Cheesesteak was great, large with lots of meat and cheese. Prices are maybe just a tad higher than I expected, but food and service was outstanding.

I placed an order online.Continually got an error message when order was placed so I thought it never went through. Till I got a transaction notification the next day stating it went through . Ended up not picking up the food. Asked for a remake of my order since I never got to pick it up or at least a refund or credit . They refused to refund my money or make my order. I was told it was my loss. No compromise or empathy regarding my money or my food as a customer. Sucks because this would have been my first time trying them & it doesn’t seem like they care about who’s money they STEAL.
