I've ordered the ultimate nachos before and they were delicious. But tonight they were a huge disappointment. Almost no toppings whatsoever! The little cheese that was there wasn't melted. I don't think they heated it at all. For almost $13, I am pretty annoyed. I don't usually eat out.. and have to deal with pure laziness is frustrating.

We came in with four children, my husband ordered a beer, I ordered a dirty martini, specified how I would like it. My drink came out wrong so I asked for it to be remade, she brought it back to bar and then let me know they donāt take drinks back even after I commmmicated how I wanted it made. We ordered kids meals WITH our meals, drinks came after meals, AND one meal at a time. Had to ask for silverware and napkins, was told that she would be lucky to find a knife, however after she brought my drink back, she said Iāll buy you a drink, and my drink came after I was done eating. With all this said, 12 hours later, I am sick as a dog and convinced my second drink took so long because something was done to either my drink or my food to purposely make me sick. In addition, the floor was covered in straw wrappers and dropped food, place looks like it hadnāt been cleaned or vacuumed in months, and another waitress came to our table asking if th er e was a receipt from the previous table before us, I answered ānoā and I got no response, just a look as she walked away, not to mention being eyeballed our entire visit as if we took her receipt! Place should be reported to health department , and needs to hire an entirely new staff.

Everything about this place is Bad waitress donāt attend you , the waiting time is so long literally been here for one hour and we havenāt got our drinks yet!! TERRI PLACE DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Dirty tables been and plates been sitting on tables for more than one hour!!
7 waitress some with bonnets on...no service to take our order....sign says seat your self then told don't sit there. Table dirty. And carrying a baby in and out the kitchen. I don't know why they still open. They have went down hill quickly

This establishment has a sign up telling you to seat yourself, but then they yell across the restaurant that you can only sit in certain areas. My appetizer took 30 minutes from order to table. My wife and son got their food 10 minutes later but from order to table my wings took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive and arrived cold. I had only ordered a 10 piece traditional wing. Nothing else. The waitress never checked on us and I ended up sharing my water with my wife because of this. I would recommend not going to this particular location at all. Iāll heat my wings up at home tonight and that will be my last meal from here.

Food was good came in 12/23 was told to sit anywhere. Waited about 15 mins no one came to take our order. Then we waited about another 30 mins to get our food. Server didn't bring out anything with reasonable time. Waited on everything from water to silver ware. Server would start something and stop yo go do something else or would bring out water and no silverware. She's lucky we left her a tip.

The worst service ever, we got here 2 and a half hours ago and JUST paid for our meal after getting all our meals at separate times. No one had food, and I know thereās no point in leaving a review because I know youāll just direct me to your website that doesnāt even work.
