Spent an hour waiting for my food. Online order was to be ready at 10:30. Waited at least 10 minutes to be recognized. Another 20 minutes for food to come out only to realize I didn't get my fries. Here we are another 20 mins later only to get to my room and realize I've been shorted on my chicken. Will never go to this place again.

I was there for an interview and decided to order food while I waited , I went to the bar to order food with the bartender who was doing nothing but gossiping and complaining about being poor to some off duty officer. She told an over worked waiter to take my order. As she continued to gossip while I waited for my order to be taken while waiting to interview. The person who was supposed to interview me never did but the girl who was told by the bartender that I was interviewing for bartender came over saying she was gone do the interview cause the person who was supposed to do it was locked in the office , mind u I saw her walking around , but ok that's fine , worse interviewer ever , bot my food no utensils or my drink. I tipped the over worked waited and left. Elaine tried to be funny and send me a bill for food that was still sitting on the table. In which i got via text message , also there was a in house daycare center where i was supposed to be interviewing . Like Come on , yall could make better then 3.50 an hour service look better then that. I have never not cared to work for a place like this. Rocky mount business need alot of help. Service is not at this location. I was trying to bring it , but the work atmosphere seems to be one of a idgaf about this place I just want the Lil check I get here. I feel bad for the company. Wasted a hour of my life .

Never come here, terrible and unprofessional bar tender, I had to ask for my beer at the bar was told it was not ready because of "foam" I had to also ask for a beer in bottle, gave me the one that wasn't ready, never asked me to order food I was upset for sitting for a terrible 40 min wait. This lady needs to be fired in my opinion and hire some who cares and doesn't have a "I don't want to be here look"

3/11/24. Ordered a "value" meal of 6 wings to go. Only received 5 wings.Ordered extra celery, carrots and ranch. Only received extra ranch dip.Might as well make your order yourself.The food, what there was of it that I received in my partial order, was OK.

This place was so slow that we finally ended up leaving. Waited 15 minutes after being seated and had not been asked what we wanted to drink. The waitress looked at us at least 4 times while having a conversation with a coworker. RUDE so sad because we love the wings.

So went there twice last week. Day 1 was great. Day2 was terrible. Food was cold and my table and table next to me.... folks had to eat a plate at a time as the food was not bring out together. So you had to sit and watch your friends date or family eating while some of you starved and waited for the other burgers to come around. Litterly 1 burger at a time
Servers and staff, did not seem to want to even be there. Very sad to see this in such a great establishment.

I’ve tried to go 4 times in the last month. They’re so understaffed that they’re never at more than half capacity.This time we went at 4:45 thinking there wouldn’t be a wait. There wasn’t a wait, but our waitress spent the entire time on FaceTime. We waited 20 minutes and the only thing we saw our waitress accomplish was cleaning one table and bringing another table a check…while still FaceTiming.Out of all the staff, it looked like only one was hustling. The rest were just moping around trying to look busy while their customers were obviously needing things.We left after it was clear our waitress had no interest in taking our drink or food orders.This BWW used to be packed but you could still go in and eat in a reasonable amount of time. They’ve clearly got some sort of management issue.

Just stopped in to have a wing and drink. I ended up staying to watch my team 49ers win. Great atmosphere and Bartender. Lemon Pepper Wings were ok. Never received my Carrots and Celery.
