The staff members at this location deserve commendation for their professionalism and friendliness, expediently taking orders and addressing customers' needs.My order was a Whopper meal, a trademark offering of Burger King. It was prepared in a relatively short timeframe, indicative of the fast service that one expects from such a brand. The flame-grilled burger lived up to its billing, serving up a juicy patty with fresh lettuce and ripe tomatoes, all within a soft sesame-seed bun. The fries accompanying the burger were crisped to perfection and seasoned appropriately.One notable aspect of my visit was the operational efficiency of the staff. Despite the high volume of orders typically associated with lunchtime hours, the employees managed the flow adeptly, minimizing wait times and ensuring each customer felt attended to. Went through the drive through this morning and was greeted by a very happy voice! Tanisha (forgive me if it’s spelt wrong) took my order and when I made it around to the window she had the biggest smile. Her attitude and manners were superb!! She was very kind! My order was put in right and me and my girls food was delicious! Thank you so much. We will be back. Thank you!

I recently visited Burger King for a quick meal, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was an afterthought rather than a valued customer.The service I received can best be described as "okay," but it was evident that the staff's primary focus wasn't on providing a positive customer experience. It felt as though I was an interruption to their work rather than the purpose of it. The lack of genuine warmth and attentiveness was disappointing and made me feel undervalued as a customer.Moreover, the quality of the food did little to improve my impression. It was clear that the items had been cooked well before I arrived and were simply sitting in a warmer rather than being made fresh. Despite the fact that it wasn't busy, the food appeared to have been prepared in advance, leaving it lackluster and unappealing and needed to be microwaved to heat it.As a customer, I expect to receive a freshly prepared meal, and the fact that this wasn't the case was a major letdown. It's disheartening to see a lack of attention to detail and a seeming disregard for the quality of the food being served.In conclusion, my visit to Burger King left me feeling undervalued and dissatisfied. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience and food quality at this location.

We were traveling south and stopped here for a quick dinner. The staff was very friendly and took our order promptly. They delivered the dinner accurately and made sure we had all the condiments we needed. The meal tasted fresh and good. No complaints. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff during our visit.

I don’t see the point in having two windows If they only use one. The service is slow. If someone order is not ready have them move up until it is. Sitting in the line for 30 minutes waiting on “fast food. “ keyword fast food. Ain’t it !

8/11/23, 9:30 PM. Drive-thru order. Missing 1 item. After received food, it took 10-minutes to get drinks. Coke was OK. Iced tea tasted like stale, spoiled, burnt iced coffee. Window clerk waws indifferent, incompetent and unsupervised.
