Food inedible, had to send back. Service was terrible. Ordered a beverage and didn't receive it until we were paying and walking out the door.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant the waitress (short brown skinned girl with a wig) was inattentive paying attention to the male customers at the bar I waited almost 30 minutes for a drink while she flirted. The manager was unaccommodating for me and my guest did not help in any way. The security guard, I don’t know what his purpose was besides flirting with the women. Just unacceptable paid so much money for terrible service. Will not recommend to a dog.

We enjoyed our experience! Food and drinks were great. Service was just okay, our waitress seemed a little unhappy to be there. Atmosphere I'm giving 3* because I think they could do a better job having it nice and clean/tidy in the dining areas. But overall, we would come back!

There was a bit of a wait bc it was crowded. Our server took out drink and appetizer order promptly. They came in a reasonable time however my entree didn't come until my party was just about finished. The server took care of my meal. Overall, a positive dining experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: The only table available was a high top. Otherwise we'd have to wait longer. So I had to be picked up out of the wheel and put in a seat at the high table.

We visited this establishment on Saturday, February 1, 2025, along with a busload of others. Although there was a slight wait, it wasn’t too bad since they were expecting us due to prior reservations. The hostess and wait staff were friendly and seemed well-prepared for our large group. However, our waiter, while pleasant, made a concerning mistake. I ordered chicken fajitas with guacamole, but when my meal arrived, it included both chicken and shrimp. I immediately informed the waiter, who was an African American slender built with black and red braided hair, that I had a shrimp allergies.

She quickly took the dish away, but after some time, I asked for a to-go box. While transferring my food, I noticed that several shrimps were still mixed in. I got up and told the waiter that the replacement still contained shrimp. This was a serious issue, as it could have triggered a dangerous allergic reaction.

It seemed like they simply tried to remove the shrimp and send the dish back to me, but this could have led to a serious, life-threatening situation for me.

If you decide to visit, I’d suggest keeping your incorrect meal on the table until the correct one arrives to prevent similar issues.

Worst Chili’s I’ve been to the lady that took my order jamya was her name got my order wrong when I seen it on receipt an told her see sucked her teeth an rolled her eyes then when you got my order it was still missing my extra sauce so I asked for that and she sucked her teeth an rolled her eyes again I guess she was mad she had to stop playing on her phone and actually do her job then when I walked out to my truck two of the cooks were put back smoking weed. I wouldn’t recommend this chillies

The service was horrible. I went with my mother to have a nice visit over some good food, but the server didn't check on us at all. She only came to take our order after I walked over to her and asked for her to take our order. What's horrible is that our server, who failed to do anything a good sever is supposed to do, was TRAINING a new employee. Management really dropped the ball with what an effective staff is supposed to look like. Needless to say, we will not be back to Chili's.

We came in the worker asked us to wait 15 min, we waited 30 min and never heard back, we went in again and he said 10 more min, we sat in the table and after 15 min nobody showed up, the place was pretty empty, we didn't waited, we left after that

My Wife And I Ate There Last Night She Had POTATO Soup I Had Cheese Fries BOTH WERE AWFULL TASTED ABOUT LIKE RESTAURANT SMELLED RAW SEWUAGE.. NEVER AGAIN

Brought the wife here as we were driving through around 8 pm, we were seated at a table, after sitting there for 8 minutes and not being attended to, we decided to leave.

Absolutely ridiculously bad service. Took 20 minutes after being seated to get even our soda order taken and even then it was taken by the bartender because she couldn’t find a single waiter for our section. The poor bartender had no one to run drinks and had to cover multiple sections while there was not a single waiter in sight on a busy Saturday night. No waiters to be seen throughout the entire restaurant, all of them were standing in the team members only area talking or on their phones. People were literally having to walk to the kitchen area or the bar in order to get boxes because there were no waiters on the floor. Took 15 minutes to finally get our sodas after ordering. Chips felt like they had come out of the refrigerator and were stale. Manager barely stopped by our table even when flagged down. I explained all these issues he said ok I’ll check on that and then never returned. Didn’t comp anything didn’t check on us again and still left the poor bartender struggling with no help. Then it took 25 more minutes to get our food after that and when it arrived everything was cold. Literally never got spoken to by one singular waiter at all. Plus the entire dining area and bathrooms were nasty. Managers were literally just sitting around talking to each other and on their phones without helping the bartender or assisting any of the customers. Multiple tables had the same issue as us with never seeing a waiter and food coming out wrong and not being fixed. Not worth spending money on at all

We stopped in for a nice dinner to get out of the car from traveling. Our waitress was not very attentive, she did not refill our drinks or chips after walking by us 3-4 times. She was walking so fast we couldn’t even grab her. We were also given plastic silverware and there was no salt or pepper on the table. The woman who brought our food noticed our drinks emptied and helped. My husband got the fajitas, he said they were very bland and the steak was overdone. I got the 6oz sirloin and asked for it to be cooked Medium Rare and it was well done. I feel like there are multiple problems at this establishment and don’t totally blame the waitress, but it was not an enjoyable experience nor worth the $60 spent. Other tables were having issues as well so we decided to just finish our meal and pay on the kiosk or else I would’ve spoke to management.
