Was skeptical at first because of the reviews. Placed an online order to pick up in the drive thru, was there less than one minute, fast service. He didn’t feel the chips in the bag and double checked to make sure everything was there!

Ordered the meal deal advertised to feed five people, but received only about 10 ounces of chicken, barely enough for two. The photos online show three large containers for the protein, beans, and rice, and a smaller one for cheese, but all the containers we got were small. We tried this place when it first opened and were disappointed. Gave it another chance because of the meal deal ads on social media, but unfortunately, we were let down again. Won’t be fooled into eating here a third time.

Our family ordered from the Rocky Mt. Chipotle on Sunday, September 28, 2025.We placed our order online for pickup. We ordered 2 burrito bowls, 3 burritos, and 2 chips. We were EXTREMELY upset when we picked up the order and saw that the burritos were half sized. Not a full sized burrito but literally a very small amount of ingredients wrapped up in a tortilla half the size of what it should have been. The chips were so sparse, it appeared they were leftovers carelessly thrown in a bag. My family loves Chipotle but after several negative experiences like this, we will no longer patronize this location. Food and customer service is completely unacceptable.

We order from here all the time and more than half the time the order is wrong. I’m not sure what is so hard about reading a screen and putting it in a bag. Trying to get a refund on the app is also very difficult. Do better. What you get when you live in Rocky Mount.

Amazing service!!! I can tell a big change from the new management. Love how the staff treating me and my family. Mr. Lamont treated us with so much kindness as well as the other staff members

My name is Chase and I love every chipotle as much as the next person, but the chipotle in rocky mount I know is new and I’m brand new here. I moved from Florida where there is a chipotle at every corner but here it’s different. I’ve gotten to know the head guy “LT” and truly he wants to make a difference. From making sure the counters are clean for every customer to having bags of chips ready to go he really does make a difference. The chipotles in Florida are much less kept up with and LT knows that me and him have talked about it and his soul passion is to be different than the others and he’s doing a dang good job at it. For everything he’s done for this chipotle in rocky mount I have to say this is the best one I’ve been too and I’m never having to wait in line or for new chicken or steak to be ready cause it’s always ready to go. I appreciate LT and the hard work he’s put into this chipotle and that’s why I go daily to it.

Great experience at Chipotle today! Honey Chipotle chicken salad was very good and restaurant was super clean. Staff made extra effort to accommodate my allergy request and general manager spoke with each guest. Highly recommend eating here!
