I am very disappointed with the way my burrito came. i have gotten a burrito before and have been able to make two meals out of it. but disgrace of a burrito won’t even half way fill me up. i have wasted my money. me and my brother got a burrito and both of them came in a mini form. let’s not forget i also didn’t receive forks to go with the two bowls my mother and friend ordered. i am so dissatisfied and angry. the water bottle is placed for comparison to the size… do better.

I ordered dinner for my husband on Valentine's Day and it was a complete disaster. This is the 3rd and last time we will order again. We lived in Northern Virginia and thought it was great when Chipotle opened here in Rocky Mount NC. What a total disappointment. Uber can not be blamed for the restaurant failure to provide quality food!!!

I first tried this location about a month ago. We ordered a burrito (1/2 barbacoa and 1/2 chicken), and 3 carnitas taco. With the burritos, we made the mistake of getting the red tomatillo chilli salsa and man was it hot. The salsa was so spicy that we had to cover the burrito in a small tub of sour cream and drink milk just to finish it. Since I'm a lover of spice (I've eaten some really hot vindaloos and rogan josh with no problem). We contacted the corporate office and they thanked us for our feedback and said they'd correct the issue.We decided to give them another chance and ordered another burrito yesterday (01/27/2024). This time we got the barbacoa burrito with chicken as an extra meat. For an almost $20 burrito, the meat was really lacking; I expected the portion to be larger. Secondly, the meat tasted old and dry; it wasn't as fresh and tender as the first burrito we got. Given the cost of the food and the overall quality, I wouldn't really recommend this location.

Only one guy can fix my food correctly. Everyone is always rushing. I have to ask for extra protein because they are very very stingy with the meat in Rocky Mount and RR. When I do ask for extra or double protein, they give me half a spoonful. Ridiculous. I guess I will start going to Wilson. Moe's always better anyhow.
