There’s a lot of women here that have bad attitudes. Soon as you pull up there’s one young girl that rolls her eyes at you. If you dont want do your job then quit. Another light skin girl thats rude and aggressive for no reason. Other than that the food is good. Some people should not be working at the register

What I’m about to mention happened about a year ago, I’ve just been so busy with life than to write silly reviews. I visited this cookout a while back. It was me and some friends. We bought lots of food and decided to eat at our cars since there is no dine-in section. Thus the name “CookOut”. There were no other customers as it was a quiet night, and after 10 minutes the “manager” or lack of, asked us to leave because of some type of “atmosphere” we were supposedly creating. The “manager” was polite but threatened to call authorities if we did not comply. I can assure you that we were not causing any type of disruption or disturbance. We were simply eating our food. It is normal to be allowed to eat at an establishment after buying food from them. Not sure if this guy was just trying to flex his supposed authority or has an ego issue, but he does drive a Dodge Ram pickup truck. If you are looking for a place to enjoy hamburgers with your friends, then I would overlook this particular Cookout location. At least the food was good, “manager” not so good and not so hot. I haven’t been back since.

Great food, fast service, friendly service, and good prices. You get a lot more at CookOut than you would at McDonald's or Wendy's for less. There's more selection, too. Was able to get a good meal while on the road for a family of 5 for less than $40.
One thing I love about this place. They are just like the nostalgia of home cooked charcoal grilled burgers and foods, except conveniently at our disposal. The staff was helpfully funny because they agreed it's difficult to choose from many great offerings. It was quite the experience...Then THE FOOD. as norm as it was it was a surprisingly enjoyable. Almost better than it should have been.
On long road trips, we always love stopping at Cook Out..the food is very good, but this Cook Out has really cut back on the BBQ plate....I had more meat on my sandwich than my husband had on his BBQ plate. Add a little more, and I'll give 5 stars!

We did not actually eat here so I cannot tell you for sure but there was long lines in the drive-thru however the restaurant itself did not look the best and made me rethink my idea of wanting to go there.
