They waited for a hour and 20 mins to tell me my order couldn’t be delivered. And on the website it said it was on its way ! . Very unprofessional and the manager was not courteous at ALL!

EVERYTIME MYSELF OR ANYONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD ORDERS DOMINOS. THEY RARELY PICK UP THE PHONE, & when they do they are extremely rude. The store manager James is very disrespectful just like his employees. Myself and my children have spent lots of money at this location here and Sharpsburg. People have delivered food and did not give my children their change back. It makes no sense how this particular location is being operated, I will never in my life order at Dominos again! I have to drive from Sharpsburg to Nashville or either Rocky Mount to get pizza! Because you never know if these people spitting in your food or what, & I say that because EVERYTIME WE ORDER ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE! Everyone in this location needs to be replaced! It’s nonsense!

It took about 45 minutes to get our pizza due to the lack of delivery drivers. The driver was very apologetic, the food was still warm and delicious.

Placed my order online only for them to call and lie saying they couldn't make the order because they were cleaning the oven. No one cleans a pizza oven during store hours. Then refused to put the manager on the phone instead chose to hang up. Terrible service. Don't waste your time or money on this location

I placed an order for delivery at 7:30 pm, it got delivered to the wrong house around 8:30 , called and was supposed to get a new delivery driver to deliver it, come 9:00 i called and was told to come pick it up, the manager Josh Waters handled it excellent, 5 stars for him, not so much for the delivery driver(s)

I placed an order for delivery. I placed the order at 906 have the email confirmation from it and it took over an hour to receive my order which was only one pizza and one dessert . I live only 5 mins from the place and once my pizza arrived it was ice cold. I call the store to complain and the only thing they wish to offer me was a remake... 😂 Why do I want more cold pizza... Do better I will definitely order from somewhere else from now on ...
