Ordering here for 7 years and never no problem. However did not received my entire order tonight and when I called back I was hung up on.. after calling back again I was on hold for 11 minutes until I was hung up on again. Called back for the third time and asked to speak to a manager which she replied she was the manager and after explaining what had happened she was very rude and unprofessional. Years of working in customer service and would have never treated a customer this way. Definitely need better training. And to top it off never received the rest of my order that was paid for. Sharpsburg Domino's will not receive anymore of my money!

Since when did Domino's add jalapeños and pineapple to their Extreme pizza ? and burn their bbq bacon chicken...total waste of money, Never again ?? I tried calling them to ask if maybe there was a mistake and I was given the wrong order. Shannon told me to hold and left me hanging on the line. Not the best way to run a business in a small town

The restaurant was fully staffed & everyone greeted me with a loud welcome upon entering the building. It took me by surprise, but I appreciated the great customer service. My food was made to order while I patiently waited. It was ready in less than 30 minutes. Thank for being fast & friendly!

The food is really good & I like the rewards feature. Most of the staff are friendly & helpful but some aren't.Parking: There's plenty of regular parking but if you have to park for curbside pickup, you'll have to go to the drive thru window or go inside instead bc the delivery cars are lined up blocking the curbside parking everyday.

I hadn't gone to Dominos for a while, as I've been hooked on Marcos Pizza for a bit. I didn't feel like making the longer trip. Not that I "settled' for Dominos, because I always enjoy their offerings, the staff is pleasant & they do an exemplary job. I used the drive-thru which is why I didn't rate the atmosphere. That said, atmospheric conditions were beautiful that evening.

The food was good but they are seriously understaffed. There was one guy taking orders, making ALL the food and taking money. The other workers would jot come out to help him. It doesn't say much about work ethics.

Had to update it. Unfortunately some of the pizza makers, have issues with working there. Jessica had made our food a few times, & it was perfectly made! Wait a couple days, & this next person was the exact opposite. Couldn’t even see or taste the sauce on either pizza, one had a tiny little piece of chicken per slice, the cinnamon twists had only traces of cinnamon & sugar, the garlic bites naturally followed the trend, & had minimal butter as well. The only drinks available when we went to pick it up(because it takes them 2 hours to deliver it & after we already ordered Coke), were MelloYello or Orange soda! ? It’s pizza, who wants orange soda with pizza?! Nobody. Wait until you eat it because you bought it for the 1hr drive to meet someone, & both get an upset stomach and cramping. Thanks

PLEASE READ: NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE This gets 5 stars for the employees working tonight ONLY!!! Not to management, corporate, or anyone who is involved in running that place. Those 2 gentlemen were working HARD to get 67 online orders out by themselves!!! We waited almost 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered 7 minutes up the road. It was one large pizza, and it was cold upon arrival. We sent it back. We drove to the restaurant to investigate, and I’m glad we did. I’ve worked in customer service before, so I know a situation may not be as it appears. The man who greeted us was kind and polite, and remade our pizza in 10 minutes! He even offered us something to drink while we waited and sincerely apologized. Apology accepted! I felt horrible for those employees working in that environment. Those EMPLOYEES deserve better. The CUSTOMERS deserve better!!! I hope those gentlemen have better luck the rest of the night. Bless them!
