Went to Dunkin' today order a Caramel Iced Coffee and i don't know what happen but it was not good. So I took it back and a young lady by the name of Marcuria made me another one and Omg it was so much better than the first one. She made my day. Thank you so much 😊

Nice clean place, but somehow they got the order wrong and it took a while to get it even after it was ordered through the app 10 minutes before hand. They did fix the issue but it took him a moment to recognize the mistake they’d made even after pointing it out.

I go there everyday and every time my $6.28 coffee is never right. Careless and rude young ladies work there and don’t have a care in the world for good customer service! It was ran so much better and with professionalism when the Boss man Verne was there running the show. I’ll never go back! Now this is an honest review not like the other ones that are up here doing favors for the company or location

I usually have decent experiences here until I went yesterday morning on 10/11, an employee named Kelly had the worst attitude. Clearly poor work ethics, nor a welcoming personality at all. I waited for help with my order and there was no attentiveness. Just stank faces. When I asked for help it was super dry and acted like I was an inconvenience. The other girls working that morning were also quite lazy and nobody helped me except for Michael. Michael was exceptional and honestly he’s always very kind at the drive thru window. Instead of Kelly helping me, Michael goes out of his way to help me and give me my mobile order and even fixed a coffee for me. All while taking drive thru orders. Why is someone who is manning the drive thru and clearly busy, having to help me when there are 3 other employees standing around chatting & doing nothing? 5 stars for Michael. 0 for Kelly. Please do better for your customers and your good employees.
