We ordered six Blueberry donuts on yesterday (11/8/2024)...the young lady at the window handed us a relatively small bag. I said to her...they should have been in a box not a bag. She actually handed me an empty box. Yesterday evening my husband opened the bag to find that only two donuts on top were whole, and the ones underneath were broken in half, and it appeared in half again. I have a picture of the crumbled donuts in the bottom of the bag. There's no way I would eat that mess. But, was that done intentionally? I am definitely asking management to refund our money, and let the girls know that is food, edible and not to be delivered in such a state. They both would be fired if I owned this business. Under no circumstances would my customers be subjected to such! I will be notifying management in the morning.

I have never tried the food from here! But they are literally the slowest. If you know that its a motning rush each and every morning why move so slow? We have work also! I have driven off on more than one occasion! I have even tried leaving home early and at times that still isn’t good enough. Great cofee just slow and is going to eventually loose my service

Love the coffee to the max Under normal circumstances but this morning I went to Dunkin Donuts on Sunset in Rocky Mount received a frozen coffee that was just ice on top crunched up warm coffee in the middle I don't even know what was at the bottom but it was the most god-awful thing I've ever tasted in my life I spent $5 for it in my opinion they should be ashamed of themselves which really upset me because normally I love their coffee

I always order something they repeat it back to me and still give me the wrong order it happens everytime and it’s getting out of hand I don’t come their at 7:30 in the morning to get a black coffee with no sugar or anything do better dunkin
Only one in the store and I ordered a wake up wrap and a coffee. They got my coffee but literally the entire staff sat on there phone right by the window and forgot all about my food. Most people you see nowadays don't wanna work. Customer service has gone downhill everywhere.

Went to pick up my order she tried to give me someone else’s order, handed me my coffee with caramel all on the sides of it. My food was cold as soon as I pulled away and pulled it out of the bag. Had to wait till I got home to heat up my food and find a straw cause they gave me a small one for my large coffee. Wouldn’t go here they don’t pay attention and don’t care.

Worst DD I have ever been to. Took about 10 minutes to take our order with only one other patron there. Trash overflowing, restroom not clean and toilet paper sitting on the trash can. Asked me if I wanted my cold brew with cold foam "hot" and when I got it it tasted really bad. Very disappointing.
