There is guy that works there he’s about 20 years old and he is so disrespectful to females. He always talking about slapping them or calling them out of their names. But when the young lady speaks up for herself and sends that threat back, guess who gets reprimanded? HER and guess who is protecting him? Females.

All the staff is cool and the energy is right but maaaaan are they slow 15 minutes to get 2 regular black coffee's is ridiculous...isnt the point to try and get in and out quickly for just some coffee. Shouldn't be this long of a process.

Ordered 3 Large hot coffees with sugar and cream. To our disappointment the coffee had no sugar and tasted nasty. The girl that made the coffee was on her phone. We usually visit this location but we had to drive to Nashville to get more. Please make coffee drinkers happy when making their coffee.

We ordered six Blueberry donuts on yesterday (11/8/2024)...the young lady at the window handed us a relatively small bag. I said to her...they should have been in a box not a bag. She actually handed me an empty box. Yesterday evening my husband opened the bag to find that only two donuts on top were whole, and the ones underneath were broken in half, and it appeared in half again. I have a picture of the crumbled donuts in the bottom of the bag. There's no way I would eat that mess. But, was that done intentionally? I am definitely asking management to refund our money, and let the girls know that is food, edible and not to be delivered in such a state. They both would be fired if I owned this business. Under no circumstances would my customers be subjected to such! I will be notifying management in the morning.
