Placed order ahead of time from app. Still had to wait 20 min before I got my large coffee. There were 9 people (I counted) behind me waiting for orders.

Very slow staff. Had to wait at least 20 minutes to give my order, had to wait another 10 minutes for staff to make 2 small coffee, easier and cheaper to make coffee at home.
35 minute wait, 2 coffees, coffee is nasty, dirty. Yuck.

normally they never miss up but today on 02/24/2024 i was told she couldnt make the frozen and dunkins coffee guz they had no cream wich we where ordering it with oatmeal milk insteed' she didnt let us talk and didnt put sugar in my coffee wich i requested' came over with a nasty attitude and this was thruw drive thruw around 4:52

Went in at 7:00 AM to get to boxes of hot chocolate, I have to wait for 30 min … 8 people working here , 6 dealing with the drive true and 2 with customers inside , this is ridiculous … I’m wandering where it’s the manager in the morning when this happens, shame on you guys!!!! Never back here !!!!

I don’t typically write reviews but today I ordered an iced coffee w/ almond milk, and I received an iced coffee with cream. I am lactose intolerant. Second, I try to order food & the girl at the window said ‘they’re not making food bc they’re short staffed.’ As someone who has worked in customer service, I’d be on a line by myself making multiple orders. Who made that executive decision? Maybe they should’ve let you know before placing an order.

The donut were picked over. She told me.not to pick the glazed because they were old and all the donuts I bought were old . Looking for corporate numbers now!!

Ordered medium hot coffee - shot of espresso cream and 4 Splenda. I couldn’t taste any sweetness so asked the guy for more Splenda. Handed it back and still not much sweetness. He sat it to the side when I told him and shut the window. Another woman came to the window and said I will give you packets to put in yourself, I said I would like for you to put them in and stir she was very belligerent and said we are busy pull over to the side and we will bring it out, slammed the window on me and let me sit there for 10 minutes until another female employee opened the window and I told her I have already paid can I please have my coffee now. No employee was wearing a name tag for if they would have been I would’ve made a report to management, her behavior was TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Never going back.

Wait time in the drive thru this morning was 28 minutes and that’s absolutely ridiculous when the only thing I ordered was a cup of coffee. Their frozen machine always seems not to be working and several mornings I’ve ordered a breakfast wrap and was told that didn’t have any tortillas. Also I’ve had countless issues with my order being correct and I have watched many customers hand their order back so I can only assume theirs were incorrect as well. I’ve never had an issue with the other location here in town, so I have decided they’ll be the ones who get ALL of my business in the future. Sorriest Dunkin I have ever patronized…I’m done with the Sunset location.
