Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I absolutely love Freddy's!! I'm one that usually hates mustard and pickles on a burger.However, Freddy's changed my mind. I ordered a Freddy's double with bacon, it came with mustard and pickles. I thought I'll have to be more careful next time. I thought I'll choke this down, but realized I loved it just the way it was!! I mean I literally have the mustard and pickles held EVERYWHERE else, except Freddy's. Their burgers are definitely worth the trip and I'm glad I discovered this gem by accident! Also our local store holds bingo nights through the summer and my hubby and I go at least once a month!! Highly recommended!!

Food was good.

Staff were super polite. One of the cooks noticed our fries were a slightly smaller portion and went back to the kitchen and grabbed more. One worker asked if we needed anything while she was sweeping. Not normal at a fast food place.

Burgers were smashed and juicy. Fries were a little thinner than we like, half the thickness of “golden arch” place.

We love this place.

Burgers taste good, custard descent (not worth the price), fries were good, prices are on the higher side, service was pretty good.

Everytime I visit, the staff is always unbelievably friendly and attentive! I’m in awe of how well they keep up the place. Thank you for the wonderful service! :)

My fam an I went to Freddy's a little before closing. Ther guys were nice they didn't rush us out and their customer service was GREAT. Food was GREAT. Place was clean and smelled fresh. Only thing I didn't like was...I was too full for the oreo custard sandwich.

I don't think they have a good manager here because of the quality of the food and not being able to keep up with supplies and still having to pay a premium price. I'd rather just go to cook out.
