Once seated never saw the waitress again. So drinks did not get refilled and plates sat on the table. Most popular item was the chicken and they could not keep up with demand. The ribs never got refilled. Deserts were limited. Tried the pineapple upside down cake and it was a little stale.

Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly as they had limited items on the menu.

First off! Customer service at drive-through window Sunday afternoon was very rude no personality. Place ain’t clean like it use to be very disappointing that the sanitation rating was a 91.5 many things are to blame incompetent management.

Gardner's is famous in the region. Barbecue, chicken, and seafood are prominent on the buffer and menu. The fried chicken is excellent! I'm not the biggest fan of NC BBQ, but their's is moist and flavorful. The southern sides are also cooked to perfection.

Horrible customer service when taking orders over the phone, the guy thinks he's so cool he can't take the order with courtesy and rushes you to take the order therefore 40mind after the order they decide to come to the window and say they don't have whiting only tilapia ... Fine time to tell me ...Ridiculous

We went during lunch. Most of the food was cold & there were items that were mislabeled. The waiter we had was helpful & friendly. Maybe we went at the wrong time or day.

we were there today, my twin sister and I ,for our Birthday lunch. all I can say is yes, yes, yes! The food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!

The fried chicken and the chicken pastry is amazing

went today and food was disgusting!!! nothing tasted fresh or hot! some food tasted old and sour! the bbq had way too much vinegar!
