Extremely disappointed with this location. Within in the last 2 months they have failed miserably. It is extremely disappointing to have a quality cookie, but no operations to operate it he store. You are killing your brand. Sell your location to someone who cares. By far my favorite cookie place but the service is trash. I am telling everyone I know not to go here!!!

This is by far the best Cookie Cake ever!! My husband gets one from his mother every year on his birthday. We all were so pleased with this one. I placed the order with “MiMi” over the phone, which was very patient, friendly and respectful. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. Hands down and thanks for such a delicious, super soft cookie cake ? it was absolutely perfect ?????

Girls working are sweet but cookies in any ? cation I've gone to have chemical aftertaste...I remember when cookies where simple...and they don't know they get the dough already laced with chemical cocktail

I live 3.5 hours from the Rocky Mount store where I needed to order. DoorDash canceled my Delivery and my options were limited. I called the Rocky Mount store and spoke with Shonda C. She explained what happened. I asked for her advice and she offered to deliver the cookie herself. She was wonderful….that was above and beyond any service I’ve received in along time. Thank you Shonda C.!

Went today for chocolate chip cookies today. But they were out. Not only that they were out of everything. When I asked if they were making more I was told they weren't planning on it because they were short staffed. Really no cookies at the cookie shop.
I did my order over the Great American Cookie App just after they opened at 11:00am. I got a call around 1:30pm that the cookie cake was ready. I had a 3:00pm pick-up. The cookie cake was ready early and it looked great!!! Keira was extremely friendly and polite. She made the cookie and decorated the same day. The cookie tasted great and we ate it over a few days. My son was ecstatic that it was a Great American Cookie Cake. We have tried other cookie cakes before but nothing beats a Great American Cookie. Thanks Keira for a job well done!!!

Saturday evening, 7:10pm---no cookies!! How? Piss poor planning and a red headed employee (horrible dye job) with a nasty attitude. I assumed cookies were baking, as there was another family waiting in front of us. They were waiting for their drinks they ordered at the far end of the counter, however the employee had placed them at the opposite end..Why? When we were up, I inquired on what was available or would be available. The red headed waitress turned with a sigh and said "not tonight"! I wad so outdone that I didn't even bother to ask why because if she had to bake them, I didn't want them. Customer service is everything to me. Businesses really need to take a hard look at their front line employees to ensure their businesses aren't ruin by one bad employee having a bad day.
