I got a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich now last time I checked the cheese on a grilled cheese was supposed to be melted they basically put 4 whole slices of cheese on this thing and I’m sure it never touched the grill with the cheese on it.

The managers are very rude and disrespectful. Called because my Uber order arrived cold and late. I contacted Uber eats but also the restaurant.management didn't care and was rushing me off the phone. Told me I can take the message but I wasn't the manager on duty. Basically telling me she wasn't going to do anything. This location should be shutdown as well! Or at least do a clean sweep and get better management.

Ordered lunch at 11.11am on 9/27/24..food was cold, dried out and appeared to be left over...no way this food was just cooked. Could not eat and threw away.

It's a fast food place. So what do you expect? I was a little disappointed as I haven't had Hardee's in years, went there as I was traveling, and the burger was not as good as they used to be. Typical fast food atmosphere, service was fine.
