The nice lady that was running the register and keeping everyone moving was Miss Gail.I've been living in Maryland for a few years, and forgot how utterly sweet , caring, and loving southerners are.Miss Gail was an absolute sweetheart and made the visit wonderful.At one point they got backed up a little bit, she turned around and got everything knocked out ASAP. Then got back to taking orders. Very good at her job.

look as many times I go there I learned ONE thing check your food.. I got a bacon burger I think double and they didn't add bacon and gave me the SMALLEST piece of lettuce, another time I went I repeated my order.. ONE Steak & Cheese biscuit and ONE Steak and egg biscuit .. I got a sausage and cheese and a steak egg and cheese -_- how is it that hard to get an order correct?? Hardees PLEASE TRAIN BETTER. I'm pretty sure I got the person who ordered way before me bc he was sitting when I got there and he was waiting for his steak egg and cheese.. he probably got his order wrong too.

Raw burger. Apple pie package soaked in grease but cold of course. Stay away.

Food is not consistent. One day the hash browns will be great the next day they are half raw. Same for biscuits you will get a great one or one hard as a rock. Roll the dice on this
Went to Hardee's on Sunset Ave in Rocky Mount and got the biscuit n gravy. this is suppose to be sausage gravy but no sausage in the gravy. took it back they gave me another one. I asked the person, is sausage in this one? he said yes. got home, again no sausage in the gravy just plain white gravy. will not be going there again. this is not the first time something was wrong with the food.
