I went on Oct. 29, 2024 at approximately 7:40 pm. No other customers were there. Three people were working possibly as one gentleman sat at the counter shooting the breeze with the other worker. I ordered water and an Americana Burger all the way with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayo. I received a burger with onions, mustard and cheese. When I inquired, I was told by another waitress that the other waitress was confused when I agreed to "all the way" even though I asked the initial server about the burger. If this is the best you can do in training your workers then please shut this place down. I will never go back there again. The floors were nasty, seating was torn, missing trim work, areas needed painting and the menus were not updated (prices redacted). It is obvious that no one is monitoring this establishment.

I don't know who's posting these good reviews for the Sharpsburg, nc location they need HELP the staff are clueless the service sucks they don't know what they are doing cooking the food I don't know who owns this place but apparently management is an issue I just left there they squeezed my chicken tenders with tongs an ask if they were done wth ask me what chilli cheese fries were I mean shut it down or send help Sharpsburg doesn't have but two places local an it be nice to have a hwy 55 that's clean an competent people to run the place

I come here regularly and the food and service are always outstanding. The staff is pleasant and attentive. I particularly like the chicken tenders. I highly recommend. 10/10
