I came in a day bf the Super Bowl and ordered 3 giants because I received the email buy 2 giants get the 3rd one for 3.99.
I ordered my sandwiches(hot subs).
Get to the register to pay and they tell me they’re off line so I couldn’t use my coupon, nor my e-gift card nor was I able to receive points. So because I promised my kids subs I paid the 48.00 sadly. I was so upset because if I was notified prior to ordering I would’ve just left.
I contacted the GM the next day(Sunday) and was promised that I would receive coupons in the mail. Even though it seemed I was being rushed off the phone I took his word. Needless to say that never happened. I’m Big on customer service and the way this was handled was very inconsiderate.

I received the wrong bag from my DoorDash courier and had to waste my lunch break going to get the correct one. The team at the restaurant showed no urgency in remaking my order. I ended up standing in line to reorder, and by the time I returned to work, I didn’t have time to eat. To make matters worse, my sub was drenched in oil and vinegar. This location has declined in professionalism.

It’s a great location, the inside is pretty clean. Great style of table and chairs. The service was ok . You get plenty of options for sandwiches BUTTTTTT Why didn’t anybody tell me Jersey Mikes doesn’t have black olives as an option for toppings???!! ?? There were actually a limited options of toppings. I was disappointed the girl who took my order laid my sandwich bread on the table w/o any paper to wrap my sandwich..is that normal for this place? Anyways…the food is good but I’m not sure if I know what the hype is about ??‍♀️??‍♀️

Parking: Small store front packing gets busy but you can park at the food lion and walk down. Only 3 mins.

It took more then 25 minutes to get my sub..paid for it .more then 8 employees.

When customers make an order/purchase, you should bag up everything that they are paying for with the exception of the drink. This is common sense.

They never answer the phone, rude customer service, they always close up an hour before closing time. They need to rehire their entire staff

When you want a good hearty sub with all the fixings & double meat, the big Kahuna never disappoints. Especially when the kitchen takes care to build the big Kahuna properly

Ordered #8 regular on rosemary Parm bread, no oil and vinegar, call in order. Get sandwich home and bread is not done, it was white and doughy. Couldn’t eat bread. Call store 3 time before I get an answer and manager acts like it’s no big deal. Won’t be going there again

Ordered chips, paid for chips, didn't get any chips; onions on food there wasn't supposed to have onions on per the online order, rude service and when asked for napkins he didn't see any in the immediate area so closed the bag without them - chosing to ignore the customer.

May just be $4 but when I called to get a refund for the chips I paid for but never got, I was hung-up on.

Worst experience ever.
