Meats sliced way to thin compared to other stores, it has gotten worst now you barely see any meat at all on your sandwich.

Went to the Jersey Mikeâs in Rocky Mount and was completely turned off. A fly landed on the ham while the employee walked away to get the turkey. When she came back, I informed her that a fly had landed on the sandwich she just started picking off pieces of the ham like that fixed anything asking did I just want the turkey on the same sandwich , I asked her to remake the sandwich, and she said she couldnât do that. Really? I told her to keep it. Whatâs even worse was that she was the MANGER .
Whatâs got me is her attitude she got mad at me like I was the problem for not wanting a âfly sandwich.â And continued talking about to issue as I left. I didnât even go off like I couldâve, but Iâm glad I walked away with my money and peace. There was another customer that she told flies are natural and we the âcustomers are the one thatâs letting them inâ sounds like the health department may need to make a surprise visit.

Repeated Stale sub rolls. âšď¸ They are always dry & crunchy. A sandwich is only as good as the bread and it should not make a sound when you bite through it.
Whoeverâs managing this joint needs to exercise a little bit of quality control and stop letting stale garbage out the door eh.. Especially at $15.00 a pop. Thatâs already highway robbery for one sandwich â so my bread better be super soft and on-point.

The food was pretty good. The line was almost out the door so I,was convinced to try it. The service was good and they got my order correct. The employees were friendly. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. It was hot and goooooood!!! Just like I like it. Loaded with meat!!! I will be returning!!
