I used to love going to Jersey Mike's. The food, service and atmosphere was always great. Nowadays, the food is ok and the service and atmosphere is subpar. Often, either the orders are not prepared correctly, they are out of stock of items or the website is down and not accepting online orders. It seems the staff is usually either new and don't know what's going on, distracted with conversations between themselves or just seems to be unhappy with working overall. It hasn't gotten so bad yet that I refuse to go back so I hope this review is seen and considered so changes can be made.

The absolute worst location I've been to. The girl cutting the meat was rude and instead of taking people as they came in everyone in front would wait as she cut the bread, meat and cheese for everyone in the store at the same time (all the breads, then all the meats, etc). Nobody working and handling food had hair nets, but at least the guy with long hair had his up. The girl slicing had her long curly hair down, practically touching the machine. I had to ask for extra meat to make it look close to a normal jersey Mike's sub. As I was checking out I witnessed the other girl working there sneeze and then proceed to work without changing her gloves.

Good food, usually but not always get your order right, but this place is just too dang expensive. I love using coupons and looking for deals, however this place has never once honored a coupon from a coupon book or even from the dang Jersey Mike's official site. Come on guys this is insane.

I was very disappointed ☹️ in my sandwich today. I got the number 9 I ask for giant white bread, no cheese, Lett, Tom, onions mayo, I didn't get the tomatoes, but I did get the cheese I didn't want, I didn't get mayo, I got cheese bread when I asked for white this sandwich is to much money for you'll to get it this wrong. I am so disappointed

Not Very sanitary, messy Food preparation, And Employees, Had A Don't Care attitude!!!.
The subs are always good. The workers get to go orders wrong. Had 2 separate orders that were incorrect.

Sheesh the reviews are bad , but I guess I caught them on a great day .Day after Christmas and I am out doing last minute shopping so I been craving a sub about 1130A .I was immediately greeted by all staff . They were ready to serve. Dining area was nice and tidy.Everyone seemed excited to be at work and in good moods . Young staff members as well so good to see them smiling at work .I'd definitely revisit and I had my food in less than 5 mins .

They should post that they close 5-10 minutes prior to the posted closing time. I showed up at 8:55 and was told they were closed. Posted closing time is 9pm. Cleanup should take place after 9pm.
