The food was top-tier. I really enjoyed my breakfast. Drive-through line was a little long but I get it. Everybody wants to go to JJ‘s kitchen so I wasn’t tripping on that but the food was delicious. I would definitely go back again.

what a joke this place is, why call ahead to order your food to have to wait for everyone inside to place an order before they will help you. i had to wait over 20 minutes after calling the order in 10 minutes before. once i finally got my food it was cold and no good, to which their response was cant help you. this was to go to place to eat for years but has fallen off greatly in recent times. i really hope they get there act together soon.

This is without a doubt the best breakfast in Rocky Mount NC, quite possibly the entire east coast, any kind of biscuits you could want cooked the Carolina country way, I get the link sausage with hoop cheese or the pork tenderloin with hoop cheese sometimes both and it is the best thing since sunshine appeared. They off plates as well that are equally great, also a great place for lunch, I have been going here since the late 80s early 90s and have not yet found anywhere better, don't let the small size fool you as it really is food done correctly

So I got a two scrambled egg plate bacon toasted. Started eating my food and looked in my eggs there was a long piece of hair in it. Went back to get them to cook me another plate! First of all didn’t offer to let me have my money back or anything. Okay so just cook me another plate. Get my plate back I have the same exact food was in my other plate only thang that’s new was the eggs! Worst experience and will not be going back!

The food here reminds me of my mother cooking who is no longer here. There is no long wait time they get you in and out as if they were a fast food restaurant. You have the option to dine in if you don’t mind eating outside. You order at the drive thru windows, inside or even call in an order. They have daily special every day. Something to fit everyone budget. Everything on the menu is delicious.Hurry up go they close at 2pm I believe
