This was our first time at this K&W location. The employees here are very cordial and courteous. Our dissatisfaction lies in the food itself. The fried chicken, though crispy, was bland. I usually love going to K&W. But I was very disappointed at this location. We arrived around 5:00 pm/ 5:30 pm. The appearance of the food was not appetizing: the salad had brown areas on it, the hamburger steak, spaghetti, and pies looked air dried. I picked the country styled steak because I saw it coming out fresh from the kitchen. My husband had two pieces of liver, and he said it had its familiar taste of what liver is supposed to taste like.
