Yesterday we ordered hot wings and a pot pie...This is the 1st time either of us have eaten at KFC in at least 5 years! I had several stops to make before we could get home and eat. To my absolute surprise my food was DELICIOUS and STILL HOT!! I was so pleasantly surprised that I had to take a moment to post this. People always complain but positive feedback is just as important. Great job you all!! Thank you for restoring some faith in fast food for me. Since COVID I've had zero reason to trust or believe in any fast food meals until yesterday... Thank you

Pulled in and ordered at 11:30 before lunch I ordered 3 two-piece meals with macaroni and potatoes after paying and receiving our drinks without straw's we were asked to pull forward no prob fresh food yumm right no at 12:08 they finally brought it out I pull back to the job 2:30minutes away we find no straws no forks no macaroni and cold chicken don't eat here I'll be so glad when the Japanese fast food robots take there jobs at least the orders will be right fast an HOT

Original recipe missing from Chicken Batter..Chicken taste plain...I could have cooked mines better at home. What ever happen to the way KFC used to taste back in the day?

Staff obviously don't want to work. Had to give order three times to get it right. Window cashier threw my debit card back along with slinging the food out the window. Zero eye contact and barely acknowledged our presence.Maybe you need to close until you can find staff that want to work and who understand customer service. FYI, after repeating our order three times it was still inaccurate.

Fairview Rd. location. Ordered "Buffalo" wings at drive-thru. Heavily sauced but not enough to hide the fact that they began life as another flavor
