The chicken was cold and old. The fries was warm and not in the bag. The drive thru lady was nice. I would not recommend this KFC.

I worked at KFC in the pass and I haven’t eaten here and a 1 or 2 so today I decided to try the nuggets because they had different options so I came in to order in no one was up front so I waited for about 6 minutes to be served and the shift manager at the window stared at me the whole time so I asked a crew member is anyone serving the front counter he just went to the back and got another crew to come take the order and she got angry at the guy because I said I waited for 6 minutes and told him to let her know when people walked in after that she came to take my order and was so rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience I asked her if she had an attitude then she just left the counter without replying and then a shift manager came up at that point I just told the lady no thank you I was really disgusted on how I was treated as a customer and will not return back to kfc I will just try the Bojangles around the way!

I don't understand why these drive-thru just can not get an order correctly. I ordered 4 biscuits and I got all the way home and I have 2 but I paid for 4. It's ridiculous

It’s disappointing when customer service falls short, and that was certainly the case during my recent visit to the drive-thru. The employee handling orders seemed visibly frustrated and was unreasonably rude throughout the interaction. Rather than assisting with a simple request for sauce, she responded with an unfriendly glare, making the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

If you're looking for a positive and welcoming customer service experience, this location may not be the best choice especially when certain staff members are on duty. I truly hope management takes steps to improve the service and overall atmosphere for future customers.

Me and my son was at urgent care for a few hours. He juat got an appetite. I'm haply he will eat for me, I stopped here first time, and theybwere professional, kind and helpful. And it's late. A quelarter to 10. Food was hot and crispy and delicious, according to my picky 6 year old. So, I had to leave a review. If we are ever back through Rocky Mount, we will be back.
