I don't understand why these drive-thru just can not get an order correctly. I ordered 4 biscuits and I got all the way home and I have 2 but I paid for 4. It's ridiculous

Me and my son was at urgent care for a few hours. He juat got an appetite. I'm haply he will eat for me, I stopped here first time, and theybwere professional, kind and helpful. And it's late. A quelarter to 10. Food was hot and crispy and delicious, according to my picky 6 year old. So, I had to leave a review. If we are ever back through Rocky Mount, we will be back.

Sooooo......this place is never at the top of my list when I think about getting something to eat, but I wanted to try the new tenders since the commercial makes them look so scrumptious; plus their biscuits are good too. Mannnnnnn........I get home and my biscuit is the size of the sauce packet (photo added for reference), one of my tenders was burnt and the fries were mediocre!!! A complete waste of $12!!!!! Customer service was the only redeeming area of my night at KFC.
