I would like to say Rocky Mount KRISPY KREME owners / store managers have to do BETTER. I live in rocky Mount and haven’t seen the HOT sign come out at ANY time in OVER 3 maybe 4 months. THATS RIDICULOUS. I wanted a doughnut so bad I still gave it an TRY and they literally had 1 person working in there THAT NIGHT 1 like come on if I was him I would been quit. LIKE SERIOUSLY HIRE SOMEBODY AND RAISE THE PAY WHO WANTS TO MAKE $12/hour !!!! KRISPY KREME ROCKY MOUNT IS TRASHHHHHH !!!!!! YUCKKKK

Went to the Rocky Mount location at 6 pm and was told they didn't have ANY donuts. This is while there's a $7.99 original dozen promotion. It was off putting as the location is open til 10pm. Several friends have said the same in recent weeks. Tried to go on the website, but the only way to leave customer service comment was to MAIL it to their Winston-Salem location.

The employees didn’t acknowledge any specials or coupons that could be used until I went to my car and opened the app Walked back in and was told I had to purchase another dozen at 24 dollars to get to use a coupon, Punish your customers

This is my first time at a Krispy Kreme and the customer service was terrible. The girl was rude to us and got mad at us when we pointed at a donut. She then proceeded to talk to her coworker about us in front of us. When we were waiting for our order to be taken she could not bother to take it. When we first went in for a mobile order she made a face at us when she didn't find it in the system. I'm surprised someone can have so much hate in their heart! I'm honestly so disappointed, but the donuts were good.

They’re ALWAYS out of doughnuts at this DOUGHNUT place, after about 7pm EVERY day! They instantly went through a long list of about 10 doughnuts they’re out of. At $2.49+ for each doughnut, they should have them regularly. Got a coupon from Corporate for poor customer service. They refused to give me an assorted dozen with the coupon, because it had “specialty” doughnuts. This specific corporate coupon doesn’t restrict specialty doughnuts. The manager wouldn’t even look at the coupon & said “what do you want?!”. My order. Duh. 🙄
