We loved this place! We were on the highway and wanted to grab a bite and stopped at Parma’s only to have the best breakfast ever! The croissant with egg, cheese and bacon was the best I had in my life! It’s so cozy and the service was amazing 🤩

What a gem! Traveling from NY to NC this was a great stop coming and going for our group of 7 to all find food and drinks we LOVED. Wonderful service. The plants made me happy too!

Went down to a four sadly. The staff in there were so rude today and I’ve never had this happen before. As someone who has always come to this location you can consider me sorely disappointed. The smoothie was also horrendous.

I only wished that you all would either clean the upholstery of the chairs or replace them. Other than that, I enjoyed, but was almost scared to sit in my chair.

The coffee was not very good at all. I also ordered a nitro cold brew and it did not have any nitrogen in it. I would not recommend going.

I feel like this place has potential but can’t find its niche to live up to. I like plants, but there were a million fungus gnats flying around my food. And I like a really dark roast coffee, so it’s surprising to say that it had a burned sort of quality. Could just be my taste. It also seemed to come out as quickly as it went in, if you catch my drift. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to give anyone the time of day, were on their phones and talking amongst themselves when I came over to the counter. I did not receive a “hi, how are you”, just a “hey, what can I get you?”. I think they could get me someone with a sense of good customer service and who wants to be there. The tall guy seemed very out of place, like he was unaware that this was real life. He was awkward af and sort of oddly just hovered around, rather than doing much. You’ll probably love this shop if you haven’t been anywhere else.
