The best cortado I've ever had! It did the job
Not much parking, just a few spots on the street but it’s a cool place in an old bank building. Great coffee & service
I love it here!
So I actually tried to go to a different coffee shop closer to the highway that turned out to be closed. But this worked to my advantage because I had one of the best London Fog similar tea lattes that I've had in my journeys across the state of North Carolina to visit all 100 counties.
The staff were very welcoming and promptly made my drink even though an iced tea latte wasn't technically on the menu. I also tried one of the scones that they heated up for me but it was a little too crunchy for my liking.
Because the scone wasn't that great. The price felt a little bit high but the tee was definitely worth it. Also, the overall look of the location was really cool with lots of places to sit and work or relax as well as some merch and a little Free library. I may have missed it but I wish they'd had a sticker for the store as well.
Ordered 2 lattes and both we're lukewarm the moment they were finished bring prepared. Not sure how it's possible with steamed milk and espresso, but oh well. The taste was good, but won't be going back unless it's the only option.
This was the cutest little coffee shop! Stop by if you are ever in the area! My food and matcha were delicious! Wish they were local! Service was slow, so be prepared to wait.
V cool vibe, spacious. I love that they kept the distressed wood and tile floors and filled the space with local pottery - from the coffee mugs to the pots holding the plants and succulents.
Excellent coffee: I was lucky Thelonius Mocha (dark and white chocolate, cinnamon, spice) was on the menu - much flavor happening in that cup!
Food: my wife loved the flavor and hardiness of the avocado toast and I enjoyed every bite of the breakfast burrito. With the spicy aioli on the side I was able to get just the right amount of kick.
People: the staff gave us excellent service and promote a laid-back, comfortable “welcome to our community” feel.
Coffee is awesome and it’s such a cute cafe!
The coffee is great but service not so much. The guy who brought our coffee was very rude. We couldn’t hear him the first time and he rudely repeated himself. This is the second time he’s been rude.

The food that we ordered was a breakfast burrito, avocado toast, golden syrup cappuccino, and a caramel latte. The food was good but in my opinion it was underwhelming for the price. The house made salsa was not spicy and didn’t taste like salsa either. It was just like a sauce that you put on top for no reason. My cappuccino was in fact not a cappuccino, it was more of a latte. But the caramel latte was yummy. The aesthetic of the food was pleasing but the taste not so much. I would come to try something different and see if I just ordered the wrong thing off of the breakfast menu.

The latte was the best and the spot is really cool. Totally great spot!
When we are in Rocky Mount, we always go to Larema for breakfast or lunch. The food is excellent and so are the lattes!

A+ Lattes! So hard to find these days! Get a large, extra shot, in their house mug.
