Food is really good. Service is horrible. The lady that answers the phone hangs up on you before you can finish your sentence. When you pick up your order. She's not friendly at all. Even though the food is good. Customer Service matters. Do better Lin's.

Called in my food and explained that I wanted my broccoli extra extra soft because that’s the only way I eat it. So I go to pick it up and tell them it’s not soft enough and owner tells me it’s cook soft enough and opens plate and tells me taste. I told him I wanted it softer and he refused. And was rude about it. Normally they just cook it longer but he refused

Before I begin, I must say that the atmosphere walking in was very welcoming. The man at the front desk is the nicest man I’ve ever met in my life. When I got home with my order, I immediately dug right into my meal — SO DELICIOUS ! I got sesame chicken with lo mein, ever bite was so tasty. I’ve been having a really hard time lately and my entire experience cheered me up a lot.
