Cashier took forever to take my order, because they were busy taking call in orders but I was there, so they ignored taking my order for at least 10 minutes while they tried to get phone orders and people as they walked in to pick up orders, this was Friday by the way, said they didn't have enough help, I waited there for at least 35 minutes, only because I got up to get back in long line to ask for my order, I don't know when or if I will be going back

I am just now getting to review this. 2 weeks ago, Sunday, we went to Mayflower as my husband was craving it. We get there, and get our 2 teas. When we order, we are told they were out of cole slaw (ummm what goes with shrimp, cole slaw and fries right?) so he orders shrimp with fries.
Waiter comes back (young guy, didn't want to be there vibes) and told us they were out of french fries but found cole slaw (miracle?) We decided to leave and asked for the bill for the drinks. Obviously, you could tell the waiter was not happy nor did he know what to do. After waiting what seemed like forever (which was about 10 minutes) we FINALLY got the bill and the teas were $7.49. Most places are $2.49 or $2.75 a piece for drinks and ours $3.75. Also, when the waiter came with the bill, he didn't say a word and looked like WE were wrong in this. Very poor attitude. I told him good luck being a waiter with that attitude.
We then went to Red Lobster, MORE drama. continued there.

This is why we go to resturants in Wilson. Keep in mind when you dine in Rocky Mount. It's the PEOPLE who makes it sh*tty not the resturants themselves. Anyway here will be Sh*t in food and service compared to a city over. Ask me I can share stories of Most all food places I go to in RMT.

Called in my order from home. Upon arrival I called again to see if order was ready and was informed that it was,but once I entered to pick up my order I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my order to actually be ready. Won't be going there anytime soon.

Lunch was hot and delicious, had to send the baked potato back. It wasn't hot enough, but overall, our waitress was great and attentive.
