charged me $1.07 for a cup of ice (I'm used to paying for it, not a problem)...then refused to give me the ice because "we don't just give it away." Pointed out I already paid for it, along with 4 bottles of water.
Still refused to give me my ice so I requested a refund. Denied..."we can't put that water back, you touched it." Refused to refund cost of ice. Very nasty to me.
