This is probably the worst run McDonald’s restaurant that I’ve ever visited. Now, don’t get me wrong. It probably has one of the best run drive-thrus that I’ve ever used. You can easily place your order there, have it filled, and drive away in less than three minutes.

But if you dine in, well that’s a completely different experience. Now, again, don’t get me wrong. If you’re there to pick up a DoorDash order or to buy a “senior cup of coffee” and leisurely drink it while chatting with friends, someone will help you right away. If, however, you’d like to order a meal and dine in the restaurant, you should lower your expectations.

It starts as soon as you approach the counter. Nine times out of ten, there won’t be anyone there to take your order. Drive-in customers can place their orders within seconds of driving up to the outdoor station while dine-in customers are often kept waiting for an interminable amount of time. And, as if keeping you waiting isn’t bad enough, the employees behind the counter, who are all bunched up around the drive-thru area, will completely ignore you *even though they see you standing there*. Not a single one will do you the courtesy of acknowledging your presence by at least saying that someone will be over to take your order in a moment. No, they’ll just glance at you as people usually do when a person approaches their vicinity and then continue doing whatever they were doing beforehand. Once, during one of those typically long waits, a woman leaned over and half-whispered to me “I wonder why this is called fast food” to which I could only agree.

Your experience won’t get much better after you’re finally able to place your order. I don’t know how often it has happened that I’ve begun placing my order by stating that I would like to dine in only to receive my meal in a bag anyway. I’ve even often *asked* for one of the numbered order indicators that are located right beside the cash register only to be told, “It’s okay. I’ll bring your food over to you” only to sit, forgotten, at my table for 10 minutes before going to the pick up counter and receiving my food… in a bag.

This “restaurant” would’ve gone out of business a long time ago if it weren’t for their drive thru business.

IMA START HOLDING THE DRIVE THRU UP CHECKING MY FOOD! Employees not paying attention! Common sense should tell you tht when a customer pays for pancakes , to put syrup in the bag, and when you get drinks .. but straws in there . But , most common sense ain’t common. I worked at a Taco Bell in duraham and the manager stayed on us about quality checking the bag 2/3 times!!! Do better

Gave me a very nasty demeanor about redeeming this card . She kept saying “this isn’t our location” and clearly it says any participating McDonald’s. Manager claimed they didn’t participate but I know someone who used one at this exact location . I also used to work for McDonald’s I know it could’ve been redeemed but I wasn’t in the mood to argue it . Sad my child couldn’t redeem her card .
