Brought the grandkids for lunch and we accidentally spilled a drink, I went to the cashier and asked for something to clean it up with and they didn’t even have a napkin for me to clean it up with. We had to move to another table Also Waited forever just for them to get our order wrong of course. Poor management and poor service

I don't know if they are understaffed now because it's hard getting someone to the counter. I guess they just expect everyone to use their kiosk and have thrown customer service out the window. Also, be careful if you go inside. The floors always seem to be extremely slippery, especially if it's raining outside.

***HOURS INCORRECT***
Went to drive up window at 5:45am, and a seemingly real voice asks for your order, but it's just a recording. Pulled up to the drive thru pay window to tap on glass and noticed two men in there working, and when they noticed me at the window, they just turned their head away. Went to the front, and all was locked. I went through the drive thru two more times and got the same robot voice asking for the order and the two workers continued to ignore me even after making eye contact. Finally departed at 6:05 because who knows when they'd finally open. Food might be ok, but I'd never know because don't seem to adhere to their posted hours. I suggest saving your pit-stop off of I-95 for the McDonalds at Roanoke Rapids instead, who was open.

This place blows. Never should you sit in a drive through line for a half hour. They were rude and stupid, and there shouldn't be employees out smoking as a group when there's this much traffic at your location. Y'all obviously got hired because no one else wanted the job. Food sucked too

Was greeted with a sad speaking moping individual that must have lost their dog or maybe just isn't a morning person. There were 2 cars, one waiting in spot 1 as I pulled in and myself and I was asked to wait in spot 2 while Noone else was in the line. I mentioned sitting here would make their service time record slow and she agreed. I pulled to spot 2 and received my food and left before anyone else pulled into the drive thru. If you are concerned about getting your product out in a timely manner, then fix the issue inside instead of cheating the system. Also arrived at work to find my mc muffin was burnt. You had plenty of time since I waited in spot 2 with no other customers and you still burnt the sandwich. Maybe you should pay attention to the cooking timer. And cheer up, you applied for the job so do it with a good dignity. I gave them another chance. Different person at the window, nice polite but doesn't listen very well. I ordered 2 sandwiches. She confirmed 2 sandwiches. She gave me 1. They must have picked their employees up at the temp agency. I can't imagine them actually passing an interview.

They forgot half my food. My breakfast plate had no meat, my BEC mcgriddle, and both my hashbrowns were forgotten in my order. Had to wait forever in the drive thru despite ordering ahead of time.
