What's the point of having the option to have the food come to your table when they STILL make you get up and retrieve it from the counter? Might as well just pick that option when ordering 🤷

My grandmother and I came to this McDonald’s and went thru the drive thru. They then told us to pull up in spot 3. We were sat waiting for 20 minutes for the food. We eventually got out and went it after the 25 minute mark. A lady ( seemed to be the manager ) approached us and asked very rudely if we wanted our money back. We said no and grabbed our bag she was brining out, just to realize that the fries were cold. We then asked to get our money back and the sweet girl with ponytail and the sweet girl with the locs in a bun came around with a smile and gave us a fresh bag of food she made for us. Which made our day. They did not have name tags so we can’t give positive shout outs to the young girls that were actually doing their job. It was employees on their phones in the back walking around not helping out at all. Customers were walking out. This place needs some better management and those 2 young girls need a raise.

Tables were not clean. Floor was slippery/ greasy, and disgusting. Also the nice looking playground is gone. Not sure why they would get rid of it.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat.. after dropping our daughter off at school && this is what i got! Check to make sure everything was in the bag.. IT was.. got home and thus is what everything looked like.!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Wa waited over 10 minutes to place our order and we were the only people in line. There were no soft drinks because the machine was broken and they didn't get our order right on top of that.

The eggs are powdered eggs and sausage is microwave.. service is supposed to be fast not pull up and wait 5 to 10 minutes for your food..this eats up time to get to work and lunch hour , especially if you only get 30 minutes for lunch
