The McDonald’s should be closed down; it is the worst. I waited 20 minutes and got the wrong food, which was cold anyway. The manager, an older black lady with straight hair, looked lost and had no idea what she was doing. I took my food back inside and told her that i had received the wrong order, and she said Oh, that's someone else, this is yours and then walked away. Once again, thank you. It was the wrong order. I just took the food and walked out. The fries and sandwiches were cold. They did not toast or warm the buns. $25 in the garbage, and that is where it belonged. Horrible, just horrible.

Ms Donyelle was amazing! She made us feel so special. She is so friendly, they were brewing coffee so she brought me fresh coffee to our table and she waited outside w my elderly father while I got the car and pulled up by the door to pick him up. Thank you, Donyelle!!

Hello I usually don't leave reviews but this one I had to I get to this McDonald's at 5:38 a.m. There supposed to open at 5:30 a.m I'll pull up to the window at 5:40 a.m. the young lady walks right by the window and see me at the drive-thru window and was not answering on the kiosk she walks right past she doesn't even come to say anything, I hit the horn you know just in case she didn't see this big black truck outside the window and I had to move up to the other window and get her attention and she said there not open until 6:00 a.m. I stated to her that I was here yesterday to get coffee at 5:30 and you was the one that waited on me, she said well sometimes we open up at 5:30 a.m. and at 6:00 a.m. I said that's not consistent nor professional. I asked for the manager and she said she said well one of the the griddles are out, I said okay I said fine I'm the only one here nobody else is here no other customer are in line I'm the only one here so I don't understand I just chalk it up as unprofessional and when you put people that shouldn't be in charge, in charge this is what you get. Just Terrible customer service, so I'm guessing they just open up whenever they want to.

The prices at this McDonald’s are absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off. You can drive an hour south of here into one of the richest areas in North Carolina and the food is almost half the cost. There’s no reason why 2 strawberry cream pies should be two dollars more here than at any other location. I’ll never be coming back, blatant franchisee price gouging.
