The prices at this McDonald’s are absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off. You can drive an hour south of here into one of the richest areas in North Carolina and the food is almost half the cost. There’s no reason why 2 strawberry cream pies should be two dollars more here than at any other location. I’ll never be coming back, blatant franchisee price gouging.

Per usual, you can count on McDonald's employees to be rude or disengaged. Went through the drive-through, and the automated welcome said to proceed with the order. I gave my order, and after about 2-3 minutes with no response what so ever I said something. Lady on the other end just said, "Just a minute." Up until that point, not one word to tell me they knew I was even there, heard my order, etc. After another couple of minutes, she returns with no apology for the wait or anything, just a "what's your order?" I repeated my order and got to the window for her to run through three different orders before getting to mine. Yes, they were busy, it was lunchtime. But, all it takes is a little communication and politeness if you need the customer to wait. And, of course, my order was wrong. Do better McDonald's.

It took 10 minutes to pick up my doordash order, the staff passed me 30 times before saying anything to me while I watched my order sit and get cold. Also, the staff had multiple people waiting to make an order, and the orders they did take, items were missing from the bag. Oh, and we also witnessed an argument between a customer and employee.. ofcourse the employee was wrong.. 1- the customer waited 30 mins to order and 2- you missed items.
Went through the drive thru and got a meal, found an earth worm in my sweet tea. Will never be back!!!!!
