Service is terrible, food is definitely made incorrectly and the fries are cold. The strawberry pie wasn't even room temperature. I get the same meal every location, everytime I stop at different ones. I skip this location now and go to Nashville.

The light skin manager with tattoos on her chest was rude and disgusting. She wiped her nose in her hand after taking the payment and went and prepped fries, and the cook came out the restroom without washing his hands and went straight to making people's food.I don't recommend eating here

The food quality at this McDonald’s is horrible… service? Look at the other reviews… they weren’t lying, I waited 20 minutes for my Mobile order at 8:00 in the morning.. all they were doing is gossiping and giggling in the back with each other, I ordered table service and they refused to walk it over to my table. And all you’ll over here is that lady complaining about being short staffed, complaining about getting out late, complaining about multiple cars in the drive through. Tables weren’t clean, floors weren’t sleep, no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. It was a legit nightmare. But it’s McDonald’s not a real establishment 🙄 be warned everyone tho fr

They close 10 minutes early, but they can’t open five minutes early When is management gonna take care of the store and the other ones on 30 one all the way down the only good one is at Harbor West
The manager was very rude to the customers, not knowing how to speak, their frustrations should not be taken out on the customers, the food I ordered was not hot,my hashbrown was not freshly cooked.

Stopped today and got 2 chicken big macks and a large sugar free ice coffee and I have to say the employees were less then friendly. No welcome or thank you the chicken big macks were cold the chicken was old and hard almost impossible to bite. Worst food and service I have ever received at any mcdonald's I have ever been to.
