Stopped today and got 2 chicken big macks and a large sugar free ice coffee and I have to say the employees were less then friendly. No welcome or thank you the chicken big macks were cold the chicken was old and hard almost impossible to bite. Worst food and service I have ever received at any mcdonald's I have ever been to.

Worst customer service. Wait 20 minutes at the curb side for milkshakes and a sprite. Truck pulls up beside us after 5-10minutes. Apparently she forgot part of his order and goes back in to get it (I ask about my shakes because it's been over 10 minutes) and girl has an attitude. She brings him the rest of his food then goes back inside. 5-10 more minutes she comes with our milkshakes and I say we had a sprite as well. All we get is an ok. 5 more minutes, I have to go inside to get it. The girl was NOWHERE to be seen. Wasn't even going to bring it out. My toddler was so upset and SO WAS THIS MAMA! I've been in customer service since I was 15, food now pharmacy. If you don't like the public find something else! Absolutely ridiculous

Honestly wish I would have taken my phone in to take pictures. My friend and I stopped to get a bite because we were really feeling some McDonald's nuggets and we needed to use the restroom. We decided to do that first then order, but the bathroom was just... disgusting. They had two stalls and both were covered in various fluids and...well you know what number 2 looks like? Picture it smeared all over the seat and the back. Not to mention the floor felt like it had glue all over. We came out and asked the manager if it would be okay to use the men's if it was any better and explained the women's bathroom needed cleaning. A male employee was already on his way in and she asked him to look at it then walked back. We waited for 10 minutes for him to come back out and decided instead we would go to the food lion across the parking lot instead. Did not order food but honestly with how the two women in the back were yelling at each other I don't know that I would have wanted to eat anything they served.

This was 6 years in bringing I haven't ate at McDonald's I prayed about it before I got in the line to get water down oatmeal without my fruits then for the manager to be as nice as she was she still gave me the same oatmeal like I didn't know that it was the same one we got to start having love in our food prepping it mixing it whatever is it takes to get customers that love us again we got to do better

I wish I could give 0 stars. This location is pure trash. Slow service, staff just standing around on their phones. Everytime I go thru drive thru I'm told to move up so they can have better wait times. And everytime they mess up the order. The restaurant is dirty and management don't seem to care about this location and it shows. Food cost too much this days for careless people to mess it up.

I go there everyday and get the same thing large frappe extra drizzle and this is the second time they have done this like they are in a rush and make the wrong size then just fill it with whip crème to make for the difference I paid for a large that’s what I want not a medium with extra whip crème

Very very nasty place is falling apart. Water was leaking on the table from rooftop of restaurant can I enjoy my meal due to raindrops on the table? Very unsanitary Also receipt paper inside of drink fountain very disturbed bathroom is ridiculous. McDonald’s. You all have to do better.

This was the worst experience I ever had. We had our 4 yr. Old granddaughter with us. She wanted McDonald's. Anyway, the food was terrible and the staff was cursing each other out, people was outside waiting for their food and these clowns were inside the restaurant acting like a bunch of idiots. After we finally got our food, our granddaughter who is 4 yrs old complained about the food. It's bad when a baby complains about their food. That is the reason alot of the se restaurants go out of business. ( Their so called help). This was on Hwy 301 N. Wesleyan Blvd. Rocky Mount. I will NEVER go there again!

The best McDonalds I have ever been to. They have always given me hot food and it’s always accurate. I drive an extra 10 minutes to come to this specific one.
This is the poorest run McDonald's ever. It is the closest to my house so it's where we go if we want fast food. Today I ordered in the drive thru and have been waiting for my food for more than 15 mi minutes in the drive thru parking space. There were at least 7 cars waiting for their food. I was 3rd in that order. M the last here and still waiting. A worker even came out to ask what my order was about 5 minutes and yet, IL still waiting. Not happy.

No one seems to want to work here. Brought the wrong food 2 my car . Made to pull over and wait. This is done to make the drive thru times look better. However, with 5 cars pulled to the side, the attendants don't know who gets what food. So it's just wandering around with strangers looking through your food.

Showed up before they opened so I waited. Sign on call box said please order at window. They open at 6 so at 556 I patiently waited at the window. At 558 I was rudely told that they don't open until 6 and when I replied I know was told I could not sit at window and would have to drive around. At 6 I pulled back up and at 609 I had not been helped. So I can't sit there for 2 mins before they open but it's fine to ignore me for almost 10 mins after they open
