The light skin manager with tattoos on her chest was rude and disgusting. She wiped her nose in her hand after taking the payment and went and prepped fries, and the cook came out the restroom without washing his hands and went straight to making people's food.I don't recommend eating here

The food quality at this McDonald’s is horrible… service? Look at the other reviews… they weren’t lying, I waited 20 minutes for my Mobile order at 8:00 in the morning.. all they were doing is gossiping and giggling in the back with each other, I ordered table service and they refused to walk it over to my table. And all you’ll over here is that lady complaining about being short staffed, complaining about getting out late, complaining about multiple cars in the drive through. Tables weren’t clean, floors weren’t sleep, no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. It was a legit nightmare. But it’s McDonald’s not a real establishment 🙄 be warned everyone tho fr

The manager was very rude to the customers, not knowing how to speak, their frustrations should not be taken out on the customers, the food I ordered was not hot,my hashbrown was not freshly cooked.

Read entire thing the foods good but I ordered a 2 10 price chicken nuggets and got one this is outrageous I don't understand why tall shaming customers
Stopped today and got 2 chicken big macks and a large sugar free ice coffee and I have to say the employees were less then friendly. No welcome or thank you the chicken big macks were cold the chicken was old and hard almost impossible to bite. Worst food and service I have ever received at any mcdonald's I have ever been to.

Worst customer service. Wait 20 minutes at the curb side for milkshakes and a sprite. Truck pulls up beside us after 5-10minutes. Apparently she forgot part of his order and goes back in to get it (I ask about my shakes because it's been over 10 minutes) and girl has an attitude. She brings him the rest of his food then goes back inside. 5-10 more minutes she comes with our milkshakes and I say we had a sprite as well. All we get is an ok. 5 more minutes, I have to go inside to get it. The girl was NOWHERE to be seen. Wasn't even going to bring it out. My toddler was so upset and SO WAS THIS MAMA! I've been in customer service since I was 15, food now pharmacy. If you don't like the public find something else! Absolutely ridiculous

Honestly wish I would have taken my phone in to take pictures. My friend and I stopped to get a bite because we were really feeling some McDonald's nuggets and we needed to use the restroom. We decided to do that first then order, but the bathroom was just... disgusting. They had two stalls and both were covered in various fluids and...well you know what number 2 looks like? Picture it smeared all over the seat and the back. Not to mention the floor felt like it had glue all over. We came out and asked the manager if it would be okay to use the men's if it was any better and explained the women's bathroom needed cleaning. A male employee was already on his way in and she asked him to look at it then walked back. We waited for 10 minutes for him to come back out and decided instead we would go to the food lion across the parking lot instead. Did not order food but honestly with how the two women in the back were yelling at each other I don't know that I would have wanted to eat anything they served.

This was 6 years in bringing I haven't ate at McDonald's I prayed about it before I got in the line to get water down oatmeal without my fruits then for the manager to be as nice as she was she still gave me the same oatmeal like I didn't know that it was the same one we got to start having love in our food prepping it mixing it whatever is it takes to get customers that love us again we got to do better

I wish I could give 0 stars. This location is pure trash. Slow service, staff just standing around on their phones. Everytime I go thru drive thru I'm told to move up so they can have better wait times. And everytime they mess up the order. The restaurant is dirty and management don't seem to care about this location and it shows. Food cost too much this days for careless people to mess it up.
