Love supporting local! We're visiting out of state, and this is my second trip here. The first time I went in person to order and was greeted by the owner. It was nice to see a younger business owner, and a Woman! I just told her to make me one of their specialties. Great coffee, and the chocolate bean is too cute. On this trip I sent my husband to pick up my order. The latte was extra sweet as requested and the cinnamon muffin was absolutely delish.

If you're looking for a quick good quality coffee spot off of I95 in Rocky Mount definitely give Morning Addiction a try. The coffee at our overnight hotel did not hit the spot so we decided to patronize this little local cafe. Morning Addiction is a cute little spot in Rocky Mount. Think of your local coffee shop...a quaint little cafe with some fresh baked goods, an amazing coffee selection and service with a smile. The spot was filled with locals enjoying their morning brew & others taking advantage of the convenient WiFi. We had a caramel macchiato, sugar free vanilla latte & an iced frosted cinnamon roll latte with oatmilk. We were impressed with the fact that alternative milks were available. Each drink was topped with a delicious chocolate covered espresso bean. We also tried the homemade walnut coffee cake. Everything was very good. Definitely worth a try!

Love this cute little coffee shop! Stopped while driving through NC and the barista was so sweet and patiently entertained my questions. I got a latte with "lite" syrup which was the perfect sweetness level. Unfortunately they don't have a bathroom due to it not being up to code but the Exxon is right next door.

This coffee shop is a gem in Rocky Mount. Prior reviews have it right; conveniently close to the highway and nearby hospital/hotels, friendly service and kind customers, and most importantly, perfectly made coffees with a little chocolate treat attached outside the cup. The cappuccino I ordered was flawless - hot, sufficiently strong, smooth, not too much milk and with an offered touch of cinnamon. Yum!
