What a GEM š this place is. Tucked away in downtown RM with city vibes and southern hospitality NABS is sure to please. The croissants are DELICIOUS! The coffee āļø is pure heaven on earth.

Iām so glad my friends took me to breakfast at NABS on my recent visit to Rocky Mount. I loved my breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It was absolutely delicious! For my drink, I chose an Americano and let me tell you, it was the perfect cup! Yalem, I could have sat in your lovely deli and coffee shop all day and Iām sure I would have had something delicious for my other two meals of the day! A wonderful place for delicious food, coffee and a great Saturday morning with friends! I canāt wait for my next visit!

The lattes, pastries, soups, sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches are spot on. My personal favorites are the Caramel Latte, The Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant, The Ruben Sandwich and the Loaded Potato Soupā¦Donāt forget the mini pies at the coffee shop, the cinnamon rolls are delicious too, just ask for them to be heated and the muffins are always fresh and delicious too.
The atmosphere at NABs is so peaceful and welcoming itās a delight to sit and enjoy your food and beverages. The breakfast foods are cooked to order and fresh. The lattes are delicious and they offer a wide selection of teas and coffees at reasonable prices. I havenāt had the pleasure of lunch there yet, but I know the offerings will be hearty and delicious.

We stopped for lunch on our way out to the outer banks from the triangle. Just a few quick turns off the highway and we found their charming storefront. I had the caprese panini - bread was crisped to perfection; they were generous with mozzarella cheese and mesculin greens, too. My boyfriend appreciated that they had gluten free bread for his Reuben. We took a yummy iced latte to go- the serving size was generous and the espresso was ground fresh for my beverage. The place was spacious and spotlessly clean. Glad to find it. We will likely stop on the way back. Thanks, NABS!

We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come out and take our order. There was no wait for a table though as it was pretty empty. The coffee was pretty good and their sandwiches are delicious.
ALWAYS great breakfast , house drip coffee, and devine iced coffee! Customer service is always pleasant. š
Walked into the coffee portion of the shop and wanted to order a tea. Gal working said she was closed. It was 2:27. The open/closing times listed on the establishment door says 8:00am-3:00pm.
Walked over to the sandwich counter and that lady was nice enough. She said she was still open, but I could only order cold sandwiches.
Idk why both counters werenāt open and selling the full menu?
Friendly service... Great coffee
I stopped over while in town for a volleyball tournament. Super convenient location to the Sports Plex, all the baked goods looked delicious, service was friendlyā¦but this latte is undrinkable.
