Stopped at OG on 12/14/25. My mom found a hair in her plate. We informed the manager and he gave her a new plate, we didn't make a big deal out of it. We both got ziti take home dinners. I just heated mine up and started to stir it when I saw a long hair in it (not mine, wasn't the same color). The service was very slow and we kept having to repeatedly ask for things. I am so done with this olive garden it is disgusting!!

Service was not good at all as soon as we walked in the door I will say there was nobody there as far as customers go we had to sit and wait for at least 10 minutes that was fine They said it would be a 10 minute wait we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes maybe longer We got up and walked out.

Service was slow. Breadsticks are not the same as they use to be. Very hard and looks like hotdogs rolls. The salad was the only good thing. Will not be returning.

Always a pleasant eating experience and the food isn't bad. The busier they are the worst the service gets in terms of speed and reliability. My biggest gripe I have is that I have never had a desert served in a fashion that was edible until about an hour later. Very nice staff and they tend to be fairly knowledgeable on the menu and options. One day I'll have my dessert at the restaurant but sadly it might not be soon. Portion sizes feel as though they are designed for you to finish half and take them home with the entrees. Apps are well sized for either 2 or 4 people and soups and salads being endless is awesome for those of use who can't get enough. They tend to be the star of my dinner.
Parking: Unit number response on the exterior of the restaurant. However there is a parking lot next to the restaurant for the mall that just requires you to walk a little further
Kid-friendliness: They do have some child friendly menu options for picky eaters and what not cuz they taste absolutely amazing and I have heard zero complaints for my kids One of whom is a very picky eater

Now I remember why I quit going to Olive Garden. We got there at 11:00am when they opened. My waitress was not good. I had to ask several times for what I needed. The bathrooms smelled bad - even though restaurant had just opened! Nothing great about the food at all. Youâd think for $100 everything wouldâve been more professional with good customer service. Never again at this location!!!

Alsoâ why did the waitress bring the printed receipt to the table before I even got my food ?? Itâs not Waffle House. What if I wanted to order desserts after spending almost $100 ???
Youâd think a waitress would work harder & put more effort -especially now that the law is changing to keeping 100% on tips.
I wouldnât recommend this Olive Garden in Rocky Mount, NC.
Restaurants will hire anyone these days. I wish there were more expectations in this industry. Food isnât cheap.
