Always a pleasant eating experience and the food isn't bad. The busier they are the worst the service gets in terms of speed and reliability. My biggest gripe I have is that I have never had a desert served in a fashion that was edible until about an hour later. Very nice staff and they tend to be fairly knowledgeable on the menu and options. One day I'll have my dessert at the restaurant but sadly it might not be soon. I had incident the day before where I did not receive my breadsticks. I take blame as well because I did not check before leaving. However, the manager Elliott called right away. He was sincere with his apology & wanted to make it right. I received a complementary $10 gift card. I placed another order the next day. I ordered my usual chicken Alfredo & I added extra items. We had almost forgotten how much good food you get. We sat at the bar, it was the bartender Zee's first day back from maternity leave, and she easily handled the bar, plus serving food in the entire bat area. The chicken parm and the seafood Alfredo were spot on and plentiful. Salad, breadsticks, drinks, all very satisfying. Clearly, one of the few 1980s chains that has survived, adapted and kept a core customer base.
