Ordered the Queensland Chicken and Shrimp and sub the chicken for salmon. The Pasta was tough and had like no Alfredo sauce on it, I had to order a side of the sauce! Then they had the nerve to give me only four shrimp, for smedium (medium but small) instead of SIX(that’s showing in the picture).
My brother ordered the Sirloin & Alice Springs Chicken. He thought the chef cut half his chicken off and put it on his plate, smh! Come on folks!!!
Watch your portions at this Outback, as well as quality! Service was great, food was budgeted out by an extreme portion controller!!!!

The service is also always good and, at times, exceptional. Tonight, we enjoyed a meal and our server, Shon provided exceptional service. Attentive, professional, and warm all while serving quite a lot of tables.
We traveled here from California for a wedding and were happy to enjoy another outstanding meal here at Outback.

Ate there last night and it was very good! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The manager, Ariel was especially very friendly and we had a nice conversation that ended up with us having a free dessert. Since it was my mom’s birthday and we requested no song to be done which was really sweet of her to follow. Would definitely recommend to go cause I know Ariel will make sure everyone feels welcome.

I spoke to your wonderful manager, Meggan Regarding my “Lost prescription sunglasses” I called four days in a row talk and talked to other managers like Justin. Nobody took the time to mail me back my prescription sunglasses. They were still sitting there in the office with the information I had provided 6 days prior!! Meggan took the time and the patience and with such kindness. She told me that my sunglasses would be mailed out that day she would do it personally! Meggan was a very thoughtful and professional woman and I thank her very much for her efforts!! Jason drop the ball at every juncture and the other person I spoke with whose name I do not know never followed up either even when I provided my personal phone number!!! Once again thank you Meggan for your absolute professionalism. I appreciate it very much and I look forward to receiving my prescription glasses in the mail in the next couple of days.
