We were in town for a soccer game and visited this Panera location at my son’s request. The smoothies were excellent, and the sandwiches were very good. The overall experience was positive, and the service stood out—Keesi, the manager, was professional and engaging, and his staff provided attentive and courteous service. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this location.

Best Panera Bread!!! I have been to a lot of Panera places in different states. This has been the best store. Great customer service, sandwiches with really tasty bread, and salad is really fresh, especially on Monday late evening. It also has pretty display shelf for the bakery. Will definitely come back again when I’m passing the area on I-93.

I think a young lady name MYAZIA was the best service I ever had this company and outstanding service. I was a little hesitant what I wanted she helped me very well. Give her a raise and give her a praise in a Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Panera bread now has this new sip club for new members to where you get to try different beverages out for free after you sign up for a three month membership which pays for itself after your first beverage no kidding.
This really helps out especially during lunchtime beverages can be so expensive. This way you can try different ones out so after the trial is up at least you’ll know what’s good what’s not? I appreciate that. Because normally I would buy their food and would not buy their drinks so this helps out a lot. You get more information on their websiteabout this new club. Service was fast and friendly and patient. I appreciate y’all keep up the good work.
It was yesterday’s bagel. Which is sad at 11am on a Sunday. 👎

I felt really generous pulling into the drive thru today but the experience resulted in a $0 tip.
It’s critical for the employees to learn the menu. I was told through the drive through that they don’t serve black tea. I had to park and use the kiosk to order my black tea and bagel. All Panera Bread’s have herbal tea bags in jars on the countertop, that is my go to!
The employees seemed like they didn’t really want to be there and it showed.
