Panera bread now has this new sip club for new members to where you get to try different beverages out for free after you sign up for a three month membership which pays for itself after your first beverage no kidding.
This really helps out especially during lunchtime beverages can be so expensive. This way you can try different ones out so after the trial is up at least you’ll know what’s good what’s not? I appreciate that. Because normally I would buy their food and would not buy their drinks so this helps out a lot. You get more information on their websiteabout this new club. Service was fast and friendly and patient. I appreciate y’all keep up the good work.

I felt really generous pulling into the drive thru today but the experience resulted in a $0 tip.
It’s critical for the employees to learn the menu. I was told through the drive through that they don’t serve black tea. I had to park and use the kiosk to order my black tea and bagel. All Panera Bread’s have herbal tea bags in jars on the countertop, that is my go to!
The employees seemed like they didn’t really want to be there and it showed.
I have not taken one sip of this coffee. It was double cupped for some reason and it still felt like I was holding a cup of air, so I decided to look inside.

I frequently order from this Panera and the service is getting worse! From sloppy sandwiches, to cold coffee, its UNREAL! Panera used to be known for QUALITY, not anymore. The price and service don't add up! Getting an order correct shouldn't be so hard.
Drive Thru—. Food was ok. But when you order a soup for lunch and that is all you get. No spoon, no napkins, no receipt. Pure laziness….. Rocky Mount —- Do Better.

The girl on the register shouldn't be anywhere near customers as she was an unsmiling deaf mute that offered zero communication when ordering. Food is passable but way overpriced for 1/2 of a chicken bacon rancher and tuna salad sandwich $24.87? WAYYY too much for mediocre food and horrible customer service. I've been to the Rocky Mount location twice now and it'll be my last.
