Hadn't been in awhile and now I remember why. Had to wait FOREVER for our order and the food sucked. Boneless wings are nasty and not worth the money. Definitely back on our do not order list again

Ordered via 3rd party. Called to the store to ask for it to be corrected, got hung up on while on hold. Called back put immediately on hold and then when I told them we don't eat pork and they made the pizza incorrectly, I was told to contact the 3rd party. I told them the obvious that's 3rd party delivers not make the pizza, I was hung up on again. $78 was spent on this order.

For starters, I placed my order over the phone. I was greeted by Papa John’s call center by a sweet woman who had a very broken English accent. (Yes they use a call center instead of just answering at the store) After a long process of repeating myself, asking her to repeat herself, & denying offers to buy more items my order was finally placed & I was whisked away to their automated payment system. After repeating my card number over, I paid & the 11 minute call was over. Expected delivery time was between 7:37 & 7:47, about 30 minutes after I placed the order. Over an hour later I get a call from the front desk of my hotel asking me to come grab my food. After paying a good tip, & waiting for over an hour I couldn’t even get my pizza brought to my room. Finally eating my pizza & it isn’t even all that good. Worst experience ordering pizza I’ve ever had. I’m appalled.

We ordered delivery. My cheese pizza had burned crust. It looked like cheese on a burned cracker. We also ordered the pull apart dessert, the whole top was burned.
I have worked in the food service. I know those items had to go past a lot of eyes before it went out the door. So with that said why did it make it out the door like that? Eating out these days costs too much to get your food and have to just trash it.

I will NEVER EVER order from here again!!!! I spent over 40.00 on a pizza and wings, they sent the incorrect wings. Then when I called , they claim the driver came and no one came to the door!!! Unacceptable, my door was open!!! Never again!!!!!! I know how to call corporate or the owner!

Cold pizza is not good and good pizza is not cold and when you call to discuss it the manager puts you on hold and never comes back.
management sucks & will hang up on you (especially since the order was wrong and nothing done to fix it)
