Ordered from here with a special request due to family being home from out of town and the request was met beyond the standards that was asked for this pizza hut is the best one out of the 3 here in Rocky Mount keep doing great. Thank you to the entire team.

I tried, I tried, I tried. This is the worst pizza hut on the face of the planet. 3 times I've ordered 3 times my food has been over an hour late they lie so bad. The food is always cold. Would give zero stars if I could

$36 paid and no food. Patiently waited and called twice to confirm it was otw. 1 and half hour later.... no food. I'm hungry and mad. Thanks. Going to bed hungry, mad, and no sex with an angry woman. 10 out of 10 would recommend for wonderful upsetting experience.

I placed an order for my brother and told him the estimated delivery time. I received a text saying the driver was on the way then another notification shortly after that saying the order was delivered. I asked my brother if he received it and he said he didn’t. The delivery time was marked 4 hrs before (maybe pacific time?) I called the store and was treated like I was impatient and stupid. I was told they couldn’t track the driver when they leave the store. I was placed on hold & then this other person spoke to me in a tone I didn’t appreciate and was acting as I was complaining about not receiving the order 15 minutes after it was placed. I explained to him and his coworker the text message about the delivery. My brother did thankfully get his order before I hung up the phone. The employees should try listening sometime.

WARNING❗️ Do not go to this Pizza Hut: on fairview road Rocky Mount. The Service is Terrible. The atmosphere is like a Drive by Shoot out. And most of all, the food is no good, and they holly put any pepperoni or mushrooms on the Pizza which i oder. The most terrible pizza I ever ate In my hold life; It made me sick! Sick!?SICK!!!? I'm going to tell the Better business health board. Osha..."It was not worth the money$14.60 New York Pizza!"

The pizza is good. I just wish our side of the town didn’t look so run down. No one was using gloves. Employees were on their personalphones ?Some of the employees look like they just woke up and came to work. Some look like they didn’t was their face or brush their teeth….no pride in their appearance for work. ?☹️

Excellent service I have my food truck by there we don't sell pizzas so I stepped in I don't know the lady name she's dark skin .I notice that day she was the only one with gloves on she fixed my pizza .

Food was absolutely DISGUSTING! Customer Service and the manager was TRASH!
Ordered delivery from here twice. I get my orders within 30 minutes. You have to have a minimum order of $14+ to get delivery which is a little inconvenient considering I live alone and don't really need a big order.
