I am so over this location, the staff members are not clean and they smell. I went in there today to pick up food and had to return it due to a staff member Jerman not smelling or looking clean and my order was wrong. He did not give me back the correct change and I did not bother to argue with him about it. MANAGEMENT PLEASE GET SOME CLEAN PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOU. HAVE THEM COMB THERE HAIR, BRUSH THEIR TEETH AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT DAMN CRUST IN THEIR EYES.

$36 paid and no food. Patiently waited and called twice to confirm it was otw. 1 and half hour later.... no food. I'm hungry and mad. Thanks. Going to bed hungry, mad, and no sex with an angry woman. 10 out of 10 would recommend for wonderful upsetting experience.

I placed an order for my brother and told him the estimated delivery time. I received a text saying the driver was on the way then another notification shortly after that saying the order was delivered. I asked my brother if he received it and he said he didn’t. The delivery time was marked 4 hrs before (maybe pacific time?) I called the store and was treated like I was impatient and stupid. I was told they couldn’t track the driver when they leave the store. I was placed on hold & then this other person spoke to me in a tone I didn’t appreciate and was acting as I was complaining about not receiving the order 15 minutes after it was placed. I explained to him and his coworker the text message about the delivery. My brother did thankfully get his order before I hung up the phone. The employees should try listening sometime.

And most of all, the food is no good, and they holly put any pepperoni or mushrooms on the Pizza which i oder. The most terrible pizza I ever ate In my hold life; It made me sick! Sick!?SICK!!!? I'm going to tell the Better business health board. Osha..."It was not worth the money$14.60 New York Pizza!"
