The app sent my order to the wrong pizza hut which was 10 minutes farther away, and my order still wasn't ready. When it was finally ready, it wasn't right and the girl working at the counter was rude in a spectacular fashion!!!!!

Wednesday night 7:30 not busy we ordered Sat maybe 10 minutes we had fresh hot food. pizza was very good. Wings were good and fresh and the cheese sticks very hot and delicious. We were very pleased. We were very happy we stopped by and service was great đ. Big thank you to the staff

Waited for an hour and a half after ordering online before I called about not receiving my order.
The guy that answered the phone said it should be there very soon, i waited another 45 minutes called again. The woman that answerd told me I had the wrong store, I went to my confirmation email called the store again. She told me that she did not have an order for me. In her computer, I told her I ordered online. She said it's on the way it has now been right. Another fifteen minutes for a total,of two and a half hours i've never received my food or my money back

Ordered online. I waited for over 2 hours after I got my confirmation email. I called the store.
With the number from the confirmation email, it she tells me that I did not order from that store. I called back, ensuring I called the right store. Then she tells me it's on the way, I never received my food but they sure took the money out of my account.

Pizza Hut does a great job with fast, fresh food and usually great service! My only concern, please stop placing the receipt inside the box on top of the pizza. Itâs unsanitary, and the thought of eating food thatâs touched a receipt handled by many hands isnât appealing. Not sure whose idea this was, but itâs definitely not a good one.

I knew when I pulled up in the parking lot and no one was there I had made a mistake. No dipping for my wings, didn't ask.... nothing.

My only issue is when I order and pay for extra cheese and extra sauce on a thin/tavern pizza and it's not there. If anything they give me less than average sauce/cheese amount yet I'm charged extra

Employee at the drive thru 4-5pm has no customer service skills whatsoever and had more eye rolls and mean mugs than actual words for a paying customer. Next time I'm getting a refund or contacting the manager. I've worked in service before and this was unacceptable! Terrible attitude = bad service
