We just met family to have supper together. Brendan was our waiter. He provided the best service we have had at a resteraunt in a long time. Please give him recognition, he is a hard worker and very polite. We will be back soon.

One of the worst feelings is preparing to have your first meal of the day and not being able to indulge due to terrible customer service. I went to Pizza Inn in Rocky Mount and ordered a small cheesy bread and pizzert on my lunch break. After pulling into the drive through I was asked to pull up as my food needed a few more minutes. After waiting over thirty minutes I realized I needed to head back to work in order to avoid being late so I pulled back into the drive through to get an ETA on my order and advised that I needed to head back to work and would take a refund if it would take much longer. The young lady at the window asked me to hold on and shortly after a manager (Gary Adams is the name I was provided) came to the window with my money in hand and stated “hear you go”, no ETA, no explanation, not even a simple apology or explanation for the delay. I kindly stated “may I ask what has taken so long” and he responded “I don’t know, sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” in the rudest and most sarcastic tone. This not only hurt my feelings but changed my entire perspective on the Pizza Inn that I grew up enjoying. The same Pizza Inn that I select to host my child’s party every year and the same Pizza Inn that I patronize several times monthly. I’m hurt and I have never in my 15 plus years of supporting Pizza Inn have I had such a rude experience with a manager. Aside from being hurt I will be forced to work the remainder of my 12 hour shift without any food. Once my favorite restaurant in Rocky Mount to just another restaurant with horrible customer service along with the rest. My experience today reminded me that no matter how kind or patient you are with someone that rude and mean people are just that and no amount of training can take that out of them.

I placed a to go order at 5:25 on Friday March 15, 2024 for an individual pepperoni pizza and 5 chicken wings before going to work my order was set to be ready at 5:55. I arrive at the restaurant at 6:00pm the line was kind of long so i had to wait a while . Once i finally got to the window the worker tried to give me someone else’s order that had the same last name as me once she realized it wasn’t my order she then told me my chicken wings wasn’t ready yet and to pull into the To-go parking and she’d bring it to me it was now 6:10. Cars behind me with by the looks of it had bigger orders all got their food and left i was the only car waiting on their order .So i sat a few more hours before calling inside to speak to a manager at 6:27 a employee put on hold twice !!! for long periods of time i never spoke to a manager it was now 6:40 and a employee was bringing my food out apologizing for the wait why did it take almost a hour for 5 chicken wings when i ordered ahead of time i am very disappointed not only was i late for work but my pizza was now cold due to it being made way before the wings i had to wait on . I didn’t get a refund a discount or anything after waiting this long .

Went there to pick up food for our family group on 2/17/24, we got 2 large Pizza Inn Specials thin crust, 1 med pepperoni thin crust and 1 lg chocolate chip. Everything was perfect and delicious! When family comes to stay for a visit, Pizza Inn is always the first place they suggest! That's alright with us! The grandkids always want to ride along to pick it up so they can smell it on the way home!!

Stopped by on the way to Myrtle Beach. Absolutely the largest Pizza Inn we have been to. Crowded at 7:30 on a Friday night, but service was fast and food was fresh.
Grandkids had a blast eating with Mario. Thank you Pizza Inn for a great lunch and a fun time.
