North Carolina has almost as many Mexican restaurants as Mexico 🇲🇽 so it’s got to be good to stand out. San Jose definitely stands out. The Quesa-Birra was incredible, a rich beefy pot roast with birra dipping sauce and corn tortillas. My date got fish tacos, the fish was light and flaky fresh and perfectly cooked. Both dishes were would recommend. The skinny margarita I’m told was delicious. The interior is like a deluxe cantina in Baja, a great date location. Service was prompt and our server was extremely pleasant.

Awesome food. Everyone in our party loved it! Everyone should try the grilled shrimp and chicken salad. One of the best salads I have ever eaten so much flavor.

Came in for a quick snack, the place was not busy at all. However, there was a bigger party in the back. I ordered finally got my food and was basically forgotten about. I had to ask another person for my check.
