The ham was way overdone and way too salty. I know it's ham, so it will be salty, but this was ridiculous. It was more like ham jerky than regular breakfast ham. Potatoes seem to be a little overdone as well. Service was great. Prices are great. Coffee was good, fresh, and very hot.

Top notch in all aspects! Delicious country cooking, friendly, super attentive staff, and down home atmosphere. Their country ham is THE BEST!

Vegetarian options: They do season with meat in the veggies. If you are completely vegetarian, you might want to know that.

I love the food but I had the pleasure of standing in line the last several times. There’s an older lady cooking who I was told was the manager. I witness her wipe her face and nose area with her hand and kept putting her hand in her face and cooking. So gross. I even ask to speak with her she spoke with me said ok after I told her what I saw. She still didn’t wash her hands went right back to cooking. I’ll never eat here again if she’s in the kitchen. This is the second time I’ve witness her doing this and it’s disgusting.

We made a quick pitstop for breakfast before headed to the market. Our food was delicious and Angel our waitress was the best!

We stopped for lunch on our way to Oak Island. Looked like a lot of local people frequent the restaurant. The wait staff was extremely friendly.

My chicken salad sandwich was delicious and onion rings definitely in house made. The hush puppies with honey butter - could tell we were eating good Southern cooking.

My husband's fried chicken looked yummy but he commented it was a tad dry. He enjoyed his sides of butter beans and potato salad.

The line for the takeout lunch buffet was busy the entire time we were eating.

I love shopping there. The smoke sausage is the best and during the Christmas holiday it's the chocolate peanuts. The bakery is also 5 star.
