Our total time of entering the drive through line was 41 minutes. The line started at the actual drive though so it wasn’t an excessive line. Had we been able to get out of line I 100% would have! When we got to the window, the staff didn’t smile or have any interaction other than telling me my total with a blank miserable looking face. The drinks weren’t even made right and were not that good. I will be driving 10 extra minutes to go to the one in Wilson on hwy 95 to avoid this place at all costs!

Very poor customer service here. I have had to wait several minutes standing at the cash register to even get a staff member to acknowledge my presence. Not even a single “I’ll be right with you.” Staff needs retraining. The management is not holding up their end.

I just had the most amazing drive thru experience that I have ever had at the Starbucks!! I had 3 different people helping me while ordering so that I could get the best tasting fall chai latte!! And let me tell your they did not disappoint!! 100% recommend this Starbucks!! Amazing staff!!

This Starbucks is the WORST. I’ve never heard of a business calling the police on paying customers AFTER they paid and left the establishment. The manager who did this should be fired! I will never order from Starbucks again if this is how they chose to operate .

We received a less than ideal additude when we showed up to thus coffee establishment at 8:15pm and were told that they couldn't do any hot coffee at all because they had shut down the coffee makers. According to Google, this location is open until 9:30pm. How does this makes sense? And the tone this young lady chose to speak to us with was not very respectful.

Is it normal policy to turn off the coffee makers in a coffee shop an hour+ before closing?

They never have any bagels they always ring u up for it then be like they are sold out or just don’t have any and this another thing if it’s not there food it’s there system that is shut down they just need to get shut down it’s always somthing this is my 5th time coming here because this is the closer one near me but it never fails they really suck fr whoever the manager is does a bad job and it’s sad how do yall keep running out of things like howwww
